LALITA
Lalita - Sanskrit word meaning ‘soft and gentle’.
The perfect name for this luscious rug. Natural tones composing of un-dyed
wool and cotton. It is luxuriously plush and warming underfoot. Lovingly and
carefully hand-knotted by skilled artisans in Bhadohi, India.
Lalita production process takes approximately 70 days from the initial yarn
spinning stage to the last finishing point using 16th century rug making
techniques and tools.
