ORDAHY ARQUITETURA E INTERIORES

My contributions and duties: As an intern, I was able to monitoring the constructions, from
September to December 2017, under the supervision of the responsible architect Gabriela
Ordahy. This visits included discussions with builders, reviewing drawings and making
design decisions. Inside the ofce, I was responsible for the creative and technical design of
residential, commercial, and renovation projects, developed in Autocad + Sketchup, and
bespoke joinery detailing, approved during the interior design meetings. Participated as well
in some presentations to clients, as in the creation of the material presented, and in the
development of graphic logos, which were developed in CorelDraw software. In addition, I
was responsible for the listing of materials and complementary budgets, as for experience in
FF&E sourcing. Within the ofce experience, there was a social exchange among the
professionals of the area, such as Arch. and Urbn. Eduardo Becker, specialist in lighting
design.

a proposal to renovate the current
residence of the couple, whose search for
the ofce took place to update and
modernize their home, intended to bring
better visual comfort, aiming for more
modernist and minimalist, with reference
styles inspired by the works of Mies Van
der Rohe.

Interior design project for a high-standard
residence, highlighting a detail drawing of
bespoke furniture, which I was responsible
for the design, as well as the review and
verication of measurements at the local.
The furniture has neutral tones, and
minimalist accessories, aiming to create a
lighter atmosphere.

My contributions and duties: I was able to keep up the civil constructions with the engineer
from the Ordahy ofce, besides my other activities as for the creation of architectural design
and topographical survey, developed in AutoCad and Revit. I was also responsible for
creating and revising the boards sent to the municipal government, and also for developing
tables/list of budgets and materials for customers. This professional stage made possible for
me to enter the civil engineering strand, where there I could practice the constructive part,
from which the architectural emerges. Likewise, the lessons learned from construction
techniques and topographic practical studies.

Regularization project developed in Autocad, for the
Main Hall of Porto Alegre city. Composed by plan oors
of situation, lot, layout, schematic cross sections,
complementary sections. Likewise a swallow-hole,

Architectural project of regularization for a singlefamily
residence of 329.05 m², presenting oor plans,
situation and location plan, schematic section,
topography plan and cut sheet. Following according to
the original volume form, made by Engineer Leila.

JGS ASSOCIADOS ARQUITETURA
2019 and 2020-2021.
Porto Alegre, RS - Brazil. [Presencially and remote]
My contributions and duties: Initially as a Freelancer and then as an intern, I've participated
along with the architects in producing 2D and 3D visualization for presentations to
customers, in the studies of combinations of materials, and assistance in the creation of
several versions combining variations of materials and textures, as the appearance of the
ofce projects. I was also responsable for creating layout dispositions, furniture choices and
AutoCad + Sketchup drawings. I had the opportunity to gain more experience in FF&E
sourcing as well.
The ofce's demands focused on interior design, architectural, residential, commercial, and
mainly landscaping and renovation. In 2020 the ofce started to participate in CasaCorRS
(a national interior design event), gaining prominence for the elegance and modernity of its
projects.
In 2021, I started as an intern and then nally became an Architectural Assistant. My main
activities demanded more responsibilities back then, so I started to participate in meetings
and decisions in a more professional way, which I already had the knowledge to do so.

2019, Porto Alegre (countryside)
Residencial architectural project and landscape project
for a family country house.
We used neutral colors and clean coating for the
façades. We also proposed to invest in an illumination
system that highlighted the elements of the house’s
external area, as for the native plants, little rocks,
stones, owers, pampas grass and the beautiful
Araucaria angustifolia tree.

CONCEIÇÃO BUILDING
2020, Canoas
Architectural project and interior design of a highstandard
residential building + hotel, insipired on
«Shoppinh Cidade Jardim», a famous building from
São Paulo. I’ve participated in the creative elaboration
of the apartments plan oors, landscape elaboration
assitance, layout creative concept distribution, and in
the production of the rendered images. We used
furniture and bespoke joinery as complements (not
being part of the project initially) to turn it more
attractive for the investors.

Scenes from the hotel's external area, where guests can
socialize. With extensive vegetation and green walls, the
space has high-end furniture, suitable for outdoor
exposure (Estudio Bola - Renowed Furniture Studio from
São Paulo). Ecological wooden deck oor.
In the scene above, which is one of the various convivial
areas at the hotel, you can see the roof in steel structure,
where we placed a layer of glass to let in as much
natural light as possible. Greenery in pots and grass.

View from the pool area where guests and residents can
enjoy. This area was planned to have, in addition to the
green walls, fruit trees, with a line of plantings of
Buddha Pine (Podocarpus macrophyllus) aligned with
the walls.
Despite the Hotel's entrance, the entryway of the
residential part of the building was planned using a
cobogós wall structure in Brazilian ceramics, next to
native trees, and a path with hydrangea owers
(Hydrangea macrophylla) - very famous in the
mountain regions from the south of Brazil. Following the
path of the owers, there is a linear water fountain that
accompanies you to the entrance.

GOURMET PÁTIO
2021, Porto Alegre
2D and 3D visualization developed for an exterior
project, as for assistence in detail drawings, at CasaCor
RS (CASACOR is recognized as the largest and most
complete exhibition of architecture, interior design, and
landscaping in the Americas), with bespoke joinery by
Evviva/POA. It has an aesthetic industry, which
proposes an elegantly relaxed environment. As a dry
climate, the intentions were to bring taller trees to the
surroundings, as for native bushes compositions,
delimited by the path design. For the replace living
area, we proposed some bushes mixed with native
owers.

2021, Canoas
2D and 3D visualization - along with choices of
furniture, shades, and textures - developed in SketchUp
and Lumion. Architectural, interior, and landscaping
project with a proposal of brutalist aspects, aiming to
compose the environments according to a more
minimalist personality, bringing the highest level of
sophistication. The concept of landscaping was based
on Burle Marx's principles.

Interior renovation project in a high-standard
residence in Canoas, in the state of Rio Grande do
Sul. The client asked to keep some modernist items,
aiming to bring a new and more contemporary
layout. Bringing a more cheerful color palette to the
current gray dwelling.

LUAGGE REAL STATE
2021, Porto Alegre
Interior and facade renovation project for a luxury real
estate company in Porto Alegre. Since football players
are strong customers, a meeting room was proposed
with several football team shirts, composed with a panel
of MDF slats and LED strip lighting.

R + T MASTER SUITE
2020, Canoas
2D and 3D visualization for a master suite with a fully
integrated concept: closet, bathroom, and intimate
area. Limited only by the furniture itself, located in the
Countryside of Canoas city. The clients, a young couple,
brought a loft-style reference for the creation of the
layout concept, proposing a new approach for the
room. Project in partnership with Evviva, a bespoke
joinery store in Porto Alegre - Brazil.

BLOCO CRIATIVO ARQ. E ENG.
2019
Erechim, RS - Brazil. [Presencially]
My contributions and duties: Project support and assistance for the Arch. Urb. Deloan Perini
and Arch. Urb. Carolina Slussarek, mainly in the creative/brieng part of the project, layouts
proposal, materials combination studies, and assistance in the creative process of several
versions combining variations in materials and textures. According to the ofce's demand, I
had the opportunity to produce 3D visualizations of the architectural designs, along with
rendered images. Also, two presentations to clients were developed during the period of my
internship. In addition, there was civil work monitoring along with Eng. Gustavo Brustolin.
The main activity was a family residence project developed in a mini-golf condominium at
Aratiba/RS. The residence has two oors, with a total area of 764.7m². Its design vision was
aimed at the demanding luxury market, considering its needs and uses.

RESIDENCE 28.
2019, Aratiba
Developing of an architectural, interior design, and landscape
project of an single-family residence in a mini-golf condominium in
the city of Aratiba of the Rio Grande do Sul state. The residence has
two oors, with a total area of 764.7m². Its design vision was aimed
at the demanding luxury market, considering its needs and uses.
For the landscape concept, it was considered that there was a clear
path so that the mini golf cart could roam freely. therefore, we
proposed bushes on the front and back façade. We also brought
some some native vegetation from the region, around the house's
corners.
The programs used was: AutoCad, SketchUp Pro and Layout,
Lumion 8.0 and Adobe Illustrator.

2020 - 2021.
Chapecó, RS - Brazil. [Presencially]
My contributions and duties: In 2020 I was invited to participate in a training offered by
WePlan Company, participating in projects planning assistance using the Promob software,
a program focused on the development of interior designs and bespoke joinery projects.
Since this is a more commercial niche, experiences were obtained by participating in
negotiations with customers, exchange of information, and merchandising of the industry
and brand.
In these two periods (2020 and 2021), the learning and experience around providing an
interpersonal relationship with the people who crossed paths there was of paramount
importance for emphasizing even more in this experience how much it is necessary to know
how to deal with an environment of work with more people, thus demonstrating greater ease
in being in a group. In the end, values of innovation, credibility, respect, and discipline were
seized and acquired.

CAREN’S LAUNDRY
2021, Chapecó
Bespoke joinery furniture project, developed for a
laundry room that has 2 spaces. We decided to bring a
concept of neutral colors to these environments. The
chosen stone was white granite. We planned a metal
hanging for the washed clothes above the countertop of
ironing clothing. Programs used: Promob Pro, Adobe
Photoshop, and Google presentations.

ANDRADE’S APARTMENT
2021, Chapecó
Interior design project + bespoke joinery furniture
project for a couple that lives in a new apartment of
94m², including kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and
bedroom’s closet. It was approved in the rst
presentation. The proposal's intentions brought a
contemporary concept with some minimalist
approaches since the youngest son of the couple will live
there in the future. This project was implemented in
August 2021.

2020, Chapecó
Renovation project of an apartment, brutalist +
industrial style, seeking to bring the use of existing
coatings from the client. A layout study was developed
along with bespoke joinery designed in a minimalist
concept for the kitchen, laundry, and social bathroom.

My contributions and duties: Due to my huge interest in 3D modeling and graphic designs
shown during college, a greater dedication to this niche was improved throughout my
studies, aiming at that there were already attractive proposals to continue offering this type
of partnership until then. A proposal for autonomous work that aims to facilitate and
promote 2D and 3D visualizations developed in Sketchup + Lumion software for
developers, architecture and interior design ofces, and also for architecture students.

TCC: COMPLEXO cafeeiro
2021, Porto Alegre, RS.
These 2D and 3D visualization were
developed for an architecture student
for her nal thesis project. The
innovator space was designed with
the aim of the appreciation of Coffee,
w h i c h p r o v i d e s a c o m p l e t e
experience for its consumers. The
main pictures are the external
perspectives from the observer pov,
as for the isometric view where it is
possible to visualize the whole project
site and its urban approach.

INTERIOR RESTORATION
2022, Porto Alegre, RS.
2D and 3D modeling were developed for
an interior design restoration, located in a
privileged area at Porto Alegre/RS. In
partner with the Architect Renata Rocha
(we were colleagues in college), together
we made 2 options of colors pallet, using
oak wood and brown marble for the
kitchen countertop and kitchen central
island. A lot of details and components
using grey, shiny and matte. The other
option of pallet brought colors as white
marble composed with terracotta tons for
the decor and accessories. The client chose
the rst option.

2022, Chapecó
Visual identity + media creation, creating an unique
concept proposal and appropriate for the public - thus
starting a business for a brand new company named
Guard Imports. They are specialized in electronic
products located in Chapecó/SC.
The client asked for a logo which refers to medieval
guards, with greenish tones.

2021, Porto Alegre
2D and 2D visualization for Arch. Renata
Grillo, from Porto Alegre. In a more rustic
style, this residence in this concept denes
coziness and tranquility. Materials such as
wood, exposed bricks, and natural stone
oors were used, in tones that harmonize
with the surrounding landscaping, native
from the mountain range of the state of Rio
Grande do Sul.

My contributions and duties: Consultant for interior projects and bespoke joinery furniture,
performing orientations in the project's concepts, developing the diagnosis, and identifying
the aims and customer expectations. In this way, planning strategies and applying
alternatives and solutions for it. As for other solutions for improvement between processes:
site visit, design, presentations, budget worksheet, contact with the Factory/Industry, online
and presence support with the customer, as for choices of textures, colors, accessories,
objects complementary items (which go beyond the furniture) and follow-up during the
assembly of the furniture. Having an advanced conviviality among colleagues of different
functions, from this joiner to tter.

ENTRANCE
A kitchen renovation project, with a new
layout and development of bespoke
furniture, following the palette suggested
by the client, who is a single mother of a 2-
year-old baby. With an industrial
reference, the kitchen design has a dark
tone in harmony with the freijó MDF (vivid
wooden color), along with metallic
elements, which perfectly matchs with
plants and nature elements.

APARTMENT 403
2022, Chapecó
Interior design + layout project, likewise bespoke
joinery project planned for a single-family composed by
a father and his two sons, one of them in a wheelchair.
The project proposal brought a special bedroom for his
son, considering the NBR 9050 (a standard norm that
aims the adequacy of buildings, equipment, and urban
furniture for the disabled person). This project was
implemented and nished.

Chapecó, RS - Brazil [Presencially]
My contributions and duties: One of my main functions is administrating the company's
showroom, maintenance coordination, organization, and consultancy/decoration of
samples. As for product quality management, improvements, and technical assistance.
Likewise conducting the company's participation in national and international fairs, creating
and drawing furniture models in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD in partnership with Brazilian
factories. In 2022 I had the opportunity to organize one national fair stand, at MovelSul (The
bigger furniture fair in Latin America), in which I was responsible for the furniture choices
and layout distribution in a 49,5m² space. I also had the opportunity to develop a special
furniture line with our partner - CASA D Furniture, for one of our clients. Meanwhile, I
research for trendings, interior design inspo (mainly from Africa), and decor supplies for the
showroom. In addition, I still do data sheets, product listings, development of assembly
instructions for furniture, product inspection and loading inspection in the factories, and
quality control reports in Excel.
