As the 26th International President and CEO of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority,
Incorporated, it is my extreme pleasure to officially greet you on behalf of
the International Executive Board.
It is my distinct pleasure to recognize the members of Rho Epsilon Zeta on
your night of Scholarship and Celebration and your formal presentation of
your Archonette Youth Auxiliary. I am sure your Miss Blue Revue – “One
Enchanted Evening” - culminates in a joyous time and I am sure it promotes
Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood in the
Marietta, GA community.
Our sorority is recognized as an agent of change through your dedication
and commitment to transforming lives and tirelessly advancing our organizational mission throughout

Greetings Rho Epsilon Zeta Chapter, Auxiliaries, and Guests.
It is a great honor and pleasure to offer my warmest congratulations on the
occasion of your inaugural Miss Blue Revue event. It is indeed “One Enchanted
Evening” as you recognize the accomplishments of your debutantes.
Since 1933, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated has encouraged local chapters to
support the Blue Revue national program. The purpose of Miss Blue Revue is to
promote higher education through scholarship and to encourage and inspire young
ladies to uphold the idea of finer womanhood while being introduced to society.
How exciting that the sisters of Rho Epsilon Zeta Chapter are continuing this rich
Zeta tradition.

Greetings to the Rho Epsilon Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the lovely young
ladies of the Miss Blue Revue Pageant, parents, and supporters:
As the 13th State Director of the great state of Georgia, I congratulate Rho Epsilon Zeta for
offering opportunities for mentorship, leadership & development, and scholarship in their
community.
For the past 103 years, our beloved sorority has created a rich legacy of scholarship, service,
sisterhood, and finer womanhood. As a signature program of Zeta Phi Beta, Miss Blue Revue
builds pride, self-confidence, self-esteem, public speaking skills, along with honesty and
integrity in young girls. Miss Blue Revue promotes academic excellence and showcases talent
development, all while raising funds for scholarship. Thank you to all who have dedicated your

Welcome to the Miss Blue Revue Debutante Ball of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Rho Epsilon Zeta
Chapter.
On behalf of the Debutantes, thank you to all who have purchased tickets and journal ads, supported
our fundraisers, and attended our workshops. We realize that we would not have made it to this day
without your support. Whatever role you played on this journey, we greatly appreciate you.
To our parents, family members and friends, thank you for supporting us through this program and
assisting with our preparation for the ball. A special thank you to our fathers for showing up to every
practice to learn the waltz. We had a great time!
Lastly, we would like to thank our Archonette Advisors, Blue Revue Sponsors, and workshop

Cameran Taylor and the Owner/CEO of Fidelity
Health Care, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised
in Fort Worth, Texas, Dr. Taylor is an active,
passionate, and proud Life Member of Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity, Incorporated. In pursuit of his pas- sion to
provide service to others, he earned a Bache- lor of
Science degree from Hampton University in
Hampton, Virginia. He became a member of Omega
Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated in 1997 through the
Epsilon Alpha Chapter in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr.
Taylor then went on to attend Life University in Atlanta,
Georgia where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic
degree in 2003.
Dr. Taylor opened his own practice in 2010, Fidelity
Health Care, LLC, to support the health and wellness
of the people in the Atlanta area. Fidelity Health
Care is accredited for providing the highest quality
and state of the art chiropractic care. Flourishing in
the health care profession, Dr. Taylor and Fidelity
Health Care, LLC has been recognized for providing
top-tier, patient-centered health care and has won
numerous accolades for having a tremendous impact
on health and wellness in Atlanta and the United
States. Dr. Taylor was named Best Chiropractor in
2014 and 2015 from the Atlanta Business Association
and the like for the next 7 consecutive years-
2016 through 2022. He has earned the title of Atlanta’s
Premier Chiropractor and was recently named a
Top Doctor of Atlanta and Top Doctor of America
for 2022.
Dr. Taylor continues to serve in and give back to the
community as a business owner and as an Omega
Man in a local chapter of Omega Psi Phi (Delta Mu
Mu) in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an active member of
the Antioch Baptist Church North and enjoys doing
volunteer work with his church, Habitat for Humanity,
Feed the Homeless and Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro
Atlanta. Fidelity Health Care is a member of the At-
lanta Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business
Bureau. Dr. Taylor served on the board of the Ameri-
can Black Chiropractor Association and is a proud
member of Life University’s President’s Circle.
His work ethics and compassion are attributes of the
teaching and modeling that his parents provided for
him, which he instills in his children as well. Being a
staple in the community of health and wellness, Dr.
Taylor and Fidelity Health Care, LLC lives by and has
adopted as a motto the profound words of his dear
mother, “Always strive to be better than the rest but
amongst the best.” ~ Ms. Dorothy J. Taylor. To that
end, Dr. Taylor extends his heartfelt congratulations
to his one and only baby girl, Miss Cameran Taylor!
