Elements of Social Interactions :

Considering the research center of this project concentrates on the psychological

and social issues of adolescents, it was a necessity to have

design elements that provide different types of social connections.

Whether in the landscape or the interior experience of the user, it is

transparent that the project creates various experiences within itself.

The topo-bench is a designated corner

in the project landscape, it has a slight

slope which allows the users to chill and

relax in the public.

The bench is a result of a projection of

the canopy on the ground level with it

self the bench holds a green space in it

which lets the users to sit on the grass

and exercise their activities.

The canopy is a consequence of a virtual

extension of the three masses axes.

It became an interactive component

with the project and presents a sensual

feeling of an internal social interaction

space for the project.

The multimedia library has a publicly

accessible green roof, it’s oriented to

the seaside where the users can appreciate

the view or just simply and calmly

sit and socialize with each other.

The interior design of the project has an industrial and brutal look, with

exposed materials in the raw state concrete and galvanized steel structure

adding some wood textures to soften it up and also for aesthetic reasons.

This combination gave it a modern and youthful aesthetic overall.

The design language for this project focuses on delivering different

and various levels and masses to give that sense of inner community

and that vision is emphasized in different elements in

this project, for example, the main staircase in multimedia library.

Compact design encourages a sense

of community and well-being facilities

more comparable to a luxury hotel rather

than a traditional hospital.

Division between departments

should be minimal, easing the stress involved

in consultation, treatment and

recovery for patients and reducing

walking distances for stuff.
