Tips for self-massage<br />

The hand reflex zones:<br />

A hand massage is particularly relaxing and effective.<br />

It is easily performed by stroking the back of the<br />

hand, massaging the palm, pulling and rubbing the<br />

fingers and stroking with the ball of the hand.<br />

Spot self-massage:<br />

For this we recommend a tennis ball. Lie flat on your<br />

back, relax your neck muscles. Place the back of your<br />

head on the self-massage ball. Start at the hollow at<br />

the back of the head and slowly move downwards.<br />

Shoulder and neck area:<br />

Very slowly tilt your head sideways, then forward,<br />

consciously breathing into the stretch and allowing<br />

gravity to work. Hold each position for one minute<br />

- do not forcefully overstretch. You will see that the<br />

neck and shoulder area feels lighter afterwards. Then<br />

stretch and knead the neck muscles from the head<br />

down. This promotes blood circulation.<br />
