NB:This contract is an agreement between the seller and buyer. This agreement is
legal binding and can be used in court if the Seller or Buyer goes against the
terms/conditions in this sales contract.
TERMS:
1) The Buyer agrees to provide a life-long long commitment, comfortable environment,
prompt medical attention, proper grooming and responsible care. This includes
keeping this puppy/dog parasite free and up to date with inoculations, proper
nutrition, which consists of a good quality professional feed given at regular intervals,
and fresh water available at all times.

2) The buyer Promises to provide a safe environment for the dog, and never allow the
dog Roam freely without proper fencing or supervision. The seller strongly
recommends that the puppy/dog be micro-chipped in order to facilitate his return if
lost orstolen.
3) The seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health and temperament at
the time of this sale. A health record of all shots and/or worming will be provided by
the seller. The buyer agrees to take this dog to a licensed veterinarian of their choice
within 48 hours for examination.
4) Should this puppy(s) be diagnosed with ill health or different from the one on
the buyer/seller agreement, the cause of which the seller is clearly to blame, the
dog may upon assigned written diagnosis from said licensed veterinarian, be
refund of the purchase price or deposit with immediate effect or the seller will get
another opportunity in the picking order to choose a different puppy(s) from the list
of available puppies. The seller assumes absolutely no responsibility for fee
associated with caring for thepuppy/dog.
5) IfatanytimetheBuyercannolongerretainpossessionofthispuppy(s),theselleristo
be notified and given first option of resuming full owner ship of the dogs in order for
the
sellertolocatethisdogahome.Refunds,ifany,willbeatthediscretionoftheBuyer.Thedogwil
l bereturnedwithallADBApapersandmedicalrecords.
6) If at any time the buyer is unable to keep or care for the puppy/dog, it must
be returned to the seller. The puppy? Dog may as advantageously as possible. If
a purchase price is obtained for the puppy/dog, it will be refunded to the original
buyer, less any cost of placement. If the puppy/dog is placed free of charge, no
money will be to the original buyer. No veterinary or other cost of keeping the
puppy /dog, or any other costs incurred by the buyer resulting from his/her
ownership of the puppy/dog, will be the seller to the original buyer of the
puppy/dog under anycircumstances.
