I am happy to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Stanislau Skarabahatau. In my opinion, he is
a very suitable candidate for your organization.
I have known him for more than two years now. We worked in the same work group in Belarusian
Research and Design Institute for Regional and Urban Planning. He is a well-educated individual with
a bachelor’s degree (check how the situation is in the country you’re applying to, it may as well be full
masters degree) and a working experience of more than two years.
During those years Stanislau took part in diverse projects in the Belarusian Research and Design Institute
for Regional and Urban Planning and at the same time finished his degree. At work there were, for
example, masterplans for cities and natural resorts as well as comprehensive plans for different parts of
cities.
For some of those projects I was de-facto superviser, and for some I was chief project architect. So I
could safely say from both those perspectives that Stanislau is a very good communicator, is very effective
in his work and can bring new perspectives and new methods to the company.
All of these projects were not only very well thought through, but also had extra new ideas for fixing
problems unique for each town or part of town.
Therefore all my knowledge about Stanislau and both his academic and work projects supports my
assessment that he will be a major asset to your company.
