Profile
As an architect with two years of experience in urban planning,
I have gained an understanding of the principles of spatial
planning, legal framework of planning and importance of every
part of planning process.

As a result i often take part in different architecture competition

My design ideas focuses on creating both functional and
aesthetically pleasing spaces, taking into account the specific
needs of clients and the local context. And also responsible in
interaction with natural systems.

• Developed several urban planning projects with a total profit of
up to 150,000 US dollars;
• Worked with various types of urban planning documentation,
which in general covers up to 1200 hectares;
• During projects development coordinated the work of a group
of related specialists;
• Represented projects at public meetings, city councils and
supervised the passage of expertise;
• Took part in competitions of concepts for the development of

a very suitable candidate for your organization.
I have known him for more than two years now. We worked in the same work group in Belarusian
Research and Design Institute for Regional and Urban Planning. He is a well-educated individual with
a bachelor’s degree (check how the situation is in the country you’re applying to, it may as well be full
masters degree) and a working experience of more than two years.
During those years Stanislau took part in diverse projects in the Belarusian Research and Design Institute
for Regional and Urban Planning and at the same time finished his degree. At work there were, for
example, masterplans for cities and natural resorts as well as comprehensive plans for different parts of
cities.
For some of those projects I was de-facto superviser, and for some I was chief project architect. So I
could safely say from both those perspectives that Stanislau is a very good communicator, is very effective
in his work and can bring new perspectives and new methods to the company.
All of these projects were not only very well thought through, but also had extra new ideas for fixing
problems unique for each town or part of town.
Therefore all my knowledge about Stanislau and both his academic and work projects supports my
assessment that he will be a major asset to your company.
