THE LOWER SCHOOL SPRING TERM 2023 Kailan, First Form ENGLISH ALL-SORTS English All-Sorts is where we enjoy completing puzzles like Banangrams or crosswords and sometimes challenge ourselves with some creative writing. I appreciate the variety of puzzles that we are given and particularly enjoy doing crosswords to stimulate my mind. GREEN COUNCIL Green Council is always something to look forward to on a Monday. We meet and have fun discussing what we as a School can do to make a positive impact on the planet (and eat snacks!). Daniel, Second Form
SPRING TERM 2023 THE LOWER SCHOOL JUNIOR DEBATING I enjoy Debating Club as it lets you create speeches and then argue for your speeches. It is also very good as it teaches skills that will help you later in life. Aran, First Form Thomas, Second Form language puzzle club In Language Puzzle Club I particularly enjoy working with obscure languages and alphabets. I love working in a team to solve tricky linguistic puzzles; completing the challenges is incredibly satisfying. In Language Puzzle Club you use a great blend of logical, analytical and language skills, which I find very fun and satisfying. I especially enjoyed trying to translate Japanese words into English with only a group of the English words to help. Daniel, Second Form table tennis In Table Tennis I really enjoy playing against my friends competitively or just for fun. It is open to those who want to play Table Tennis for the School team, or just to improve their playing skills. Elliot, First Form
