Officers at the time stressed the people who’d seen the animal were not
hoaxers, although they admitted they could have been victims of a hoax.
Two bear carcasses had previously been found nearby in the River Lea and
it remains a mystery how they got there.
I tried my best to blow up and manipulate the pictures but with little
success as you can see above. Is it a bear, dog or something more
crypto-like? The best I can do is leave it up to the readers to decide.

Never heard of this one before. Interesting couple of photos and story.
Different country and continent, but appears similar to the beast from the
Gable Film.

That’s funny,..... I just got BACK from my vacation tour of South East
