we will cover everything from positive, negative, &ampbiphasic
waveforms and how vectors affect the limb and precordial
leads to... bundle branch block interpretation, axis
determination, coronary artery domains, and culprit vessel
identification. You&#8217lllearn everything you need to be
successful in the acute care setting..What we will not be
covering are topics such as: right heart strain and the S1, Q3,
T3 pattern, ventricular tachycardia versus SVT with aberrancy,
Sgarbossa criteria for STEMI, and other special strain pattern
conditions. These topics are interesting no doubt, but the
opportunity cost of covering these at the expense of brevity is
not ideal for our purposes here. .Finally, I chose to write this
book in a laid back and conversational style. I&#8217vewritten
for academia and peer review in the past and I find the
formality less entertaining and at risk for being stale.
