• <strong>LM</strong>-STAR ® is a capable station that has grown beyond the F-35<br />
• New instruments and new sources of skilled TPS developers<br />
exist as a result of the F-22, F-16, Lockheed Martin Internal, and<br />
foreign commercial<br />
• Station configuration has benefited from the capabilities of TPS<br />
developers at multiple avionics suppliers<br />
• Instrument obsolescence is mitigated by ongoing production<br />
efforts on these multiple programs and the software structure that<br />
permits the use of these instruments on legacy programs like JSF<br />
• Other legacy platforms can benefit from the large installed base<br />
at current OEMs and future depots<br />
• Sustainment costs would be mitigated as they are spread over<br />
all programs using the <strong>LM</strong>-STAR ® PBL support system<br />
