The different kinds of tyres

icy condi ons, reducing the likelihood that the car may slide or skid.

In order to provide a choice that may be employed in both colder and warmer climates, all-season tyres work to combine the performance advantages of both summer and winter tyres. This

alterna ve, however, entails an inherent performance trade-off because these tyres neither match the level of trac on offered by winter tyres in icy situa ons, nor the fuel efficiency or handling

capabili es offered by summer tyres in ho er climates.

Off-road tyres
