Venues and Suites
Our unique wedding suite, named the
‘Sun and Moon’, is the perfect setting for
a wedding ceremony. The stylish suite
is decorated with a plethora of floral
embellishments along with the entrance
via a dramatic spiral staircase
Wedding breakfasts can also be enjoyed for
up to 110 guests with evening receptions
being held for up to 180 guests in either of
our stunning Northern Downpour or Holy
Spaces suites.
Golden Countryside Hotel is pleased to offer
special over-night room accommodations
for your out of town guests. Our hotel
can provide you with plenty of rooms
that can house up to 70 guests for civil
ceremonies based on availability and
proper reservations.

in nature. Our garden has plenty of tables topped with green umbrella trees that you can
use to enjoy your meal or afternoon tea.
For Dinner, we offer classic Italian dishes like Risotto Alla Milanese, Pizza Margherita, Caprese
salad, and more.

The Vineyard
Wine Tasting
Come taste the wine! The recently restored, 16th-century farmhouse is
where the tastings of wines and farm products are conducted by the
sommelier. Visitors will learn about the winemaking processes and
how an abandoned property in Umbria has been transformed with the
help of organic agriculture into one of Italy’s most beautiful valleys.
Our next door neighbors have plenty of divine
and authentic countryside experiences for a
variety of wine-lovers. Deep in the valley of the
Chiesa del Carmine, the Vineria Del Carmine
is available for all Golden Countryside hotel
guests to familiarize themselves with.
Submerse yourself in the gentle beauty of the
Umbrian hills and woodlands that stretch as far
as the eye can see. Through the tangled acres of
wire and concrete posts, you can see a beautiful
valley perfect for the cultivation of olives, grapes
and truffles all created by nature. Upon visitation
of the vineyard, guests are given the opportunity
to enjoy a walk through the vineyard and learn
about the history as well as the wildlife of
the Estate.
The Vineria Del Carmine finds its true calling

At the Vineria Del Carmine, the cultivation

The Vineria Del Carmine has numerous delicious wines to taste, which
can be purchased after the tastings. These wines include dry, semi-dry
sweet red and white wines. All the menus will change seasonally. If
you have any special dietary requirements or intolerances, call ahead
so that the staff will be prepared to accommodate them.
Visitors are welcome to come early and stay on after their tasting to
soak up the beautiful views and unique environment. A nice stroll
through the vineyard is not a waste of time. In fact, it’s encouraged!
After the tastings, tours guided by experts in the Vineria Del Carmine
staff are given to the visitors. Some highlights of the tour include the
look into the 13th-century Chiesa del Carmine church found on site
of the vineyard.
