Anitec主要研制,生产,供应屠宰用卫生设备,收集并处理生猪,牛的
血液。
Anitec A/S成立于1980年,隶属于瑞典Anitec 公司。丹麦分公司有6名
职员以及一些下属承包商。设计和管理由位于Malmö(马尔默)的瑞典
总公司负责。
Anitec提供一站式服务。我们具有先进的技术和设备,并且是生猪和牛
血液处理的主要设备供应商---包括技术(废弃)血液处理和食用血制
品。
采用Anitec的技术,90%的血液可以获得兽医部门食用血制品的批准,
并且处理后可获得高价值的蛋白产品。一部分的血制品可以用于制药(
人体健康产品)和动物健康产品。
所有收集血液的丹麦屠宰场采用的都是Anitec的设备。甚至,将血浆干

IN AAlborG - MAY 06
china and Denmark are launching a business-to-business food conference in Aalborg
from May 29’th to June 2’nd. The conference is a result of a long-term cooperation between
the food and Agricultural Ministries of the two countries, the Agricultural council
in Denmark and present food projects between china and Denmark initiated by the city
of Aalborg.
The conference will focus on the pig sector and the main areas are as follows - in order
to create further cooperation between the two countries:
• ANIMAl WelfAre
• eNVIroNMeNTAl ProDucTIoN
• SlAuGhTerING AND ProceSSING
• MANure TreATMeNT
• TrAceAbIlITY
Private and selected public companies from china and Denmark will attend the Ignition
food conference in order to cover the whole chain from earth to table, including
research-based activities.
During the week the chinese companies will visit:
• A typical Danish farm including the topics reproduction, manure treatment and
artificial insemination
• Slaughterhouse e.g. Danish crown in horsens which is the most advanced
slaughterhouse in europe
• Processing plant e.g. Tican Process A/S, Ansager, daily production: 45 tons of different
pork products
• Danish supermarket with a representative butchery department
Apart from that, the companies from china and Denmark will get the opportunity to meet
individually. Three platforms for individual business meetings will be established:

3. fooD SAfeTY
each platform will consist of Danish representatives for all issues predefined by the chinese
companies (e.g. management, production, technology, research, education etc.).

中国与丹麦两国将于5月29号到6月2号在丹麦奥尔堡共同举办商业对商业食
品会议。此次会议是两国在食品和农业部门长期合作的结果,丹麦农业委员
会及中丹两国当前的食品工程都是在奥尔堡市发起的。
为了在两国间创造更深层次的合作,
会议将集中于养猪业及如下几个主要方面:
• 动物福利
• 环境生产
• 屠宰和加工
• 肥料处理
• 可追溯性
来自中国和丹麦的私人及已入选的上市公司将会参与此次“点火食品会
议”,涵盖了从土地到餐桌这一完整供应链,其中还包括科研活动。
在这一星期中,中国企业将会参观以下地点:
• 包括繁殖,肥料处理和人工授精在内的典型丹麦农场;
• 屠宰场,例如:位于霍森斯市的丹麦王冠公司,该公司是欧洲最先进的屠
宰场;
• 肉制品加工厂,如:位于AnSAgEr各种种类猪肉日生产能力达45吨的TicAn肉制品公司;
• 具有典型肉销售部门的丹麦超市集团;
除上述之外,来自中丹两国的公司还拥有单独会见的机会。如下三个为个别
商务会议提供的平台即将建成:

As the Mayor of Aalborg and the originator of cooperation projects in the food
and environmental sector I am looking forward to seeing how our long cooperation
with china, and the coming Ignition food conference can result in further specific
projects in the pig production sector and in the long run further projects in among
others the dairy and fishing sector.
Aalborg has the last 4-5 years initiated a large number of activities in china together
with our local enterprises. The clobe project from 2000 brought training
of business leaders from Aalborg’s twining city hefei in western business culture
into focus. Since then there have been several contacts and projects, which so far
reached its climax with a large-scale enterprise exchange in may 2004, where about
90 chinese enterprises visited Aalborg. It was the largest chinese business delegation
ever to visit the West outside the uSA.
Several Danish and chinese enterprises created on that occasion good and lasting
business relations. furthermore it was agreed to transfer Danish know how on
selected environmental areas to hefei and Shanghai. That has resulted in 2 specific
projects between Denmark and china which eu has chosen to co-fund.
The chinese and Danish project management has in the light of the agreements
between china and Denmark in the food area prepared an exciting food conference,
which I am certain will result in more specific projects for the benefit of
chinese and Danish business life and research institutions.
Aalborg are looking forward to receiving the delegation from china.

开始实施的“世界”计划,为与奥尔堡市建立姊妹城市关系的合肥市的
企业领导提供西方商业文化培训。自此以后,两国间还进行了多次接触
并实施了多个项目,并于2004年5月举行了大规模的企业交流活动中,
其间有约90家中国企业访问了奥尔堡,是迄今为止我们两国交流的顶
点。这也使丹麦成为除美国外中国最大规模的商业代表团到访的西方国
家。
多家丹麦企业和中国企业利用那次良机进行了合作并保持了商业关系。
而且,这使得丹麦选择合肥和上海这两个地区,这使中丹之间的两个具
体项目被欧盟选定为合资项目。
中丹两国间的项目管理依据两国在食品领域筹备的另一个食品会议的协
议而定,我肯定这将会带来更多能使中丹两国商业和研究机构受益的具

As everyone knows, Denmark has a rather developed pig production, enjoying a
high reputation worldwide. In Denmark, both the average per capita pork consumption
and the pork export rank first in the world. With a tradition of pig production,
china is a large pork consumer in the world. china and Denmark have developed
a fruitful cooperation in the field of agriculture for a long time. especially in pig
breeding and feeding, the two countries have witnessed long history in cooperation,
which enjoys great potential. china has introduced from Denmark many quality
breeding pigs and advanced equipment and facilities for pig production.
In the year 2005, Vice Premiere hui liangyu of the State council of china paid
an official visit to Denmark, and his visit laid a sound and solid foundation for
further cooperation in agriculture between the two countries. During the visit, the
Ministries of Agriculture of the two countries signed the Memorandum of understanding
on Agricultural cooperation for establishing a long-term and effective
dialogue mechanism for exchange and cooperation in a wide range of areas, and
a platform for cooperation between enterprises in the two countries. The china–Denmark
roundtable conference for Pig Production enterprisers is an activity
of substantive significance under this cooperative framework, and will certainly
promote china–Denmark cooperation in the field of livestock industry.

Distinguished Danish enterprisers of pig production and relevant industries,
ladies and Gentlemen,
first of all, on behalf of Ministry of Agriculture of china, and the chinese enterprisers
participating in this conference, I would like to extend our appreciation for the
invitation of Ministry of food, Agriculture & fisheries, Denmark, to the china-Denmark
roundtable conference for enterprisers of pig production.
china is the largest country in pig production and also a large country in pork consumption.
Pig production is the main subject of our livestock industry, which has made
great headways since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world. In 2005,
the off-take volume of pigs reached 651,700 million, that is, 50% of the world output.
The average per capita pork consumption reached 38.5 kilograms, surpassing the world
average level.
Denmark is the original country of landrace, the lean meat type of pig with worldwide
reputation. landrace, Saddleback pig and Durocare are the main breeds of pig production
in the world. Denmark is the earliest country which develops breeding pig testing
through National Trait Testing Station, and also the earliest country which develops SPf
technology. These efforts laid the basis for culturing healthy herbs of pigs. Denmark is
a developed country in pig slaughter and processing as well. owing to quality breeding
pigs, advanced feeding technology and management, and effective system of surveillance
and tracing, Denmark guarantees the food safety of pork, and becomes the country
whose pork export accounts for the largest percentage, with high reputation in the
international market. Denmark’s experience in pork industry development is worth our
learning, which will certainly benefit china’s commercialization in this field.
This year, china’s economic development entered the “eleventh five-year Plan” period,
during which building a new socialist countryside is one of our objectives. So, we
should intensify our efforts in promoting agricultural productivity, restructuring agricultural
industries, and developing animal husbandry (including pig production). During
this period, it is of great significance that chinese and Danish governments organize
the enterprisers and management personnel to conduct face-to-face exchange and
negotiation on trade cooperation. The chinese delegation includes representatives from
large or middle size enterprises in pig production, so we hope that the enterprisers
from the two countries can reach common ground through this roundtable conference.
china’s livestock industry is experiencing rapid development. besides pig production,
other fields such as cattle and poultry production, slaughter, processing and food security
management also require international cooperation. This conference is the starting
point, and I wish a deep-going development to china-Denmark livestock cooperation.

我国是世界第一养猪大国和猪肉消费大国,养猪业是我国畜牧业发展
的主体,改革开放以来,我国养猪业得到快速发展,2005年出栏生猪
6.517亿头,占世界产量的50%,人均猪肉38.5千克,超过世界平均人均
产量。
丹麦是世界著名的瘦肉型猪种长白猪的原产地,长白猪、大白猪和杜洛
克猪并列成为世界猪业发展的主导品种,丹麦是世界上最早通过国家性
能测定站开展种猪测定的国家,也是最早开展SPF技术的国家,为健康
猪群的建立奠定了基础,丹麦也是猪屠宰和加工业发达的国家,优秀的

品安全,使得丹麦成为猪肉出口比重最多的国家,在猪肉的国际市场上
享有盛誉,丹麦猪肉产业发展的许多经验值得我们学习,在发展我国猪

今年我国经济发展进入第十一个五年规划阶段,建设社会主义新农村是

To begin with, I’d like to, on behalf of the chinese Animal husbandry Association and the
pig industry entrepreneur thank the Ministry of food, Agriculture and fisheries of Denmark
to invite me and my colleague come Denmark to attend this buSINeSS To buSINeSS

Since china has been the world as soon as raises pigs the great nation, after the reform
and open policy, our country pig-breeding industry model overseas, advanced raises pigs
the experience including Denmark, introduces the outstanding pork type pig to plant and
the technology, the pig-breeding industry obtains the fast development, already becomes
the main body of animal husbandry development in our country. In 2005, out stock pig
651.7 million heads, occupies 50% of the world output more than 1.3 billion heads. our
country raises pigs industrial belt mainly to include middle and lower reaches Yangtze
river, the South china provincial capital area and the North china area, the northeast area
also has the fast development. raises pigs in the production in our country, the pork type
landrace, large White, Duroc, Pietrain as well as little partial already becomes the leading
variety, these pigs main origin in country as uS, canada, Denmark and france, england,
Sweden, the basic hybrid pattern was DlY tripartite hybrids.
According to our country’s national condition, our country raises pigs in the production,
the odd dealer and small scale raising approximately composes about 60%, the large scale
raising approximately composes about 40%. The large scale pig field basically selects the
production-runs method.
Denmark is one of pig industry most developed countries in the world, the strict food
safety control system and the traceability system, guarantees the Danish pork high grade
and the exportation prestige, exports the pork to occupy the output of 80% every year,

chinese pig-breeding industry, in order to sells to well the pork world each place, needs to

首先我代表中国畜牧业协会及猪业企业家感谢丹麦政府农渔食品部邀请我和
我的同事来丹麦出席这次中丹养猪企业家圆桌会议。
中国是世界第一养猪大国,改革开放以来,我国养猪业借鉴国外,包括丹麦
的先进养猪经验,引进优秀的瘦肉型猪种和技术,养猪业得到快速发展,
已经成为我国畜牧业发展的主体,2005年出栏生猪6.517亿头,占世界产量
13亿多头的50%。我国的养猪生产的产业带主要包括长江中下游地区、华南
省区和华北地区,东北地区也有快速的发展。在我国的养猪生产中,瘦肉型
长白猪、大白猪、杜洛克猪以及少部分的皮特兰已经成为主导品种,这些猪
种主要来源于美国、加拿大、丹麦和法国、英国、瑞典等国家,基本的杂交
模式是杜长大三元杂交。根据我国的国情,我国的养猪生产中,散户及小规
模饲养约占60%左右,规模饲养约占40%左右。规模猪场基本采用流水线生
产方式。
丹麦是世界上养猪业最发达的国家之一,严格的食品安全管理制度和可追溯
制度,确保丹麦猪肉的高质量和出口信誉,每年出口猪肉占到产量的80%,
中国的猪肉的出口量仅仅占到产量的1%,迅速发展的中国养猪业,为了更
好地把猪肉销往世界各地,需要借鉴丹麦的经验,同时在动物福利、养猪生
产的粪污处理、猪肉制品加工技术等方面也需要借鉴世界各国的先进经验和
开展国际合作。
正是基于这样的目的,在我国政府农业部和丹麦政府农渔食品部的积极努力
下,促成了在丹麦举行这次中丹养猪企业家圆桌会议。中方参加这次圆桌会
议的是国内部分大中型养猪企业,希望大家的这次见面和交流为上方寻找到
合作发展的机会。

Aalborg Municipality by the eu-office of North Denmark has for some years now been
working determined at making connections between Danish and chinese companies
and organizations. The Ignition food conference is the latest in a long series of fruitful
activities.
2004: ScANDINAVIA-chINA PArTNerShIP
close to 100 chinese companies participated in Aalborg and met with an equal number

china National food Industry Association and the eu-office of North Denmark met in
china in order to investigate the field of opportunities concerning strengthening of food
security and implementation of new technologies in china - made possible as a result of
extended cooperation between Danish and chinese companies.
The chinese authorities wishes to stimulate chinese companies in these areas and Danish
companies are amongst the leading in the world when it comes to food security and
implementing technology in all aspects of the production. Another significant incentive is
the fact that both parties wish for commercial partnerships concerning as well goods as
technology.
APrIl 2005: VISIT IN DeNMArK
The work continued in Denmark, when the eu-office of North Denmark could welcome
representatives of the chinese food Authorities; Mrs. Sun Shu Xai, Director of china
health care Association, food Nutrition and Safety committee, Mr. Guo Shun-Tang,
Deputy Dean of Agricultural Products Processing and Mr. Gu Jia Sheng, Senior Diary
and egg consultant to Ministry of Agriculture.
The visitors had expressed interest in gaining new knowledge about traceability in food
security and viewing process equipment and logistics in different food sectors; pigs,
chickens, dairy and fish.
A number of relevant companies and institutions were visited. As conclusion to the visit
four ideas for cooperation projects were outlined in which Danish companies should
participate in developing food security and introducing new technology into the chinese
food sector. Afterwards the eu-office of North Denmark made the project designs more
specific in order to meet the chinese wishes.

A Danish delegation consisting of chief executive of Aalborg Municipality Jens Kristian
Munk, head of office Stig berg Norsk and Project Manager Audrey Zhu Wang from
the eu-office of North Denmark and General Manager of PS-consult Per Søndergaard
visited china again. The overall purpose of this visit was to discuss the four food sector
projects in detail as a prelude to the actual wording and drawing up of rules for the
cooperation agreement, the economy and the timetable. focusing separately on the pig
sector the discussions translated into several specific projects of cooperation:
A) fooD SecurITY froM “STAble To TAble” INSIDe The PIG SecTor.
The elements below will be included in a pilot project carried out at 2-3 pig breeders, at
a slaughterhouse and in convenience stores.
• IT technology will be implemented for collection of traceability data in the supply line
from farmer over various production processes and all the way into the shops.
• An IT portal will be implemented with the purpose of gathering, showing and spreading
the experiences of the project.
• A quality manual and instructions that meets the international standard for food security
will be implemented.
• Training of farmers, manufacturing companies and distributors of foods.
b) ProceSS equIPMeNT for The fooD SecTor IN chINA.
The knowledge of Danish companies will be sold and transferred to the chinese food
industry as follows:
• cooperation will be formed among Danish and chinese producers of process equipment
in connection to the carrying out of upgrading of bacon factories in china.
• A new centre of Knowledge will be established in connection to a chinese university
inside china, where engineers will be educated in processes of logistics and design of
equipment.
c) eSTAblIShMeNT of PArTNerShIPS beTWeeN chINeSe AND
DANISh coMPANIeS, Where:
• contact meetings will be held between chinese and Danish companies in the pig sector.
The contacts will be divided according to the chain of supply and companies will be
selected in both countries.
• Ahead of the contact meetings short-term demonstration projects will be established
through which the pig sector companies from each country will initialise cooperation.

The details in the projects were discussed further when coWI, Danish Agricultural Advisory
Service, carnitech, logimatic, Danish Supermarket, business Develop centre North
Denmark, Aalborg Municipality and the eu-office of North Denmark visited china in July.
The trip included several visits at farmers, slaughterhouses and supermarkets. The close
cooperation between our countries was further strengthened through the combination of
the results of the chinese visit in Denmark in April and the technical qualifications and
organizational skills of the Danish delegation.
SePTeMber 2005: DeleGATIoN VISITS chINA
coWI, logimatic, Danish Agricultural Advisory Service and the eu-office of North Denmark
visited china in order to discuss a food security project for Pencheng food Subsidiary,
The centre of Knowledge and the visits in chinese pig farms and slaughterhouses in
Denmark.
The food conference that is taking place currently in Denmark was planned. At the Ministry
of Agriculture of P.r. china the specific timetable for the conference was agreed upon
with Mr. liu Zhongwei, Director of the Department of International cooperation. During
the visit the parties elaborated on the purpose of the conference, debated which kind of
companies that should participate and how the follow up should take place.
concerning the centre of Knowledge and the cooperation between Danish and chinese
companies the following agreements were made with Mr. Guo Shun-Tang, Deputy Dean
for Storage and Processing-brach and Agricultural Products of Agricultural Societies chinese
Association (secretary general):
• The Danish companies wish to discuss these matters when the first order for upgrading
of a slaughterhouse is placed.
• beforehand a proposal shall be drawn up on the Danish part which secures production
and service organization in china.
MArch 2006: VISIT IN DeNMArK
Mr. liu Zhongwei, Director of the Department of International cooperation and Mr. Deng
rongzhen, Ministry of Agruculture of P.r. china, visited Denmark in order to see Danish
slaughterhouses, meet the The Danish Veterinary and food Administration, Danbred and
possible investors. They also needed to arrange to last details in connection to the chinese
pig breading units’ slaughterhouses’ visit in Denmark in May 2006.
ThrouGhouT 2005-2006
The food conference management group has been gathering a wide range of companies
as well in china as in Denmark to cover the need for professional competences al the
way from “stable to table”. As far as the participating Danish companies goes, they are all
international contractors world wide and in possession of the newest technology concerning
counselling, animal welfare, breeding processes, breeding units and slaughterhouses.
The profiles of the companies can be studied in this book as well a on their respective
homepages.

Joergen和Anders christiansen是
兄弟生猪养殖户,他们在丹麦日

一次,而并不是通常的两周。这些
围圈也可以用作断奶到育成舍。

Bygnings-og Maskinkontoret公司
设计,工程由位于丹麦Hadsten市
的MMT公司承建。 Joergen和

Joergen christiansen选择黄色

在两人看来,决定性的因素在于周
围的环境和已有建筑。但两者都采
用了完全相同的三翼结构,中间设
有一台饲料粉碎机。

Anders christiansen补充

Joergen和Anders christiansen采
用本场混合饲料和流质饲喂是因为

An investment of millions for expanding and automating
Dansk Supermarked’s central storage facility for meats and
cold cuts is designed to optimize deliveries to the Group’s
stores. The great challenge for carnitech, Nordland Automatic
and logimatic - suppliers of equipment and control
systems - has been to secure the flow of goods throughout
the implementation of the program.
An intentional bet on an efficient conveyor logistics framework has
been a key factor in how Dansk Supermarked became the principal
actor in the Danish consumer goods market. The Group is known for
getting the right supply of fresh products at the least expensive prices
for its stores. optimizing dispatches from the various warehouses has
proven to very resource intensive on an on-going basis. If everything
goes according to plan, the three North Jutland companies carnitech
A/S in Støvring and logimatic and Nordland Automatic A/S from Aalborg
will be able to wrap up work in the late-summer in Vejle where,
since April 2004, they have been working on upgrading Dansk Supermarked’s
central storage facility for meats, cold cuts and other fresh
goods, commonly referred to as Dansk Super-marked Kød.
recently Dansk Supermarked Kød was expanded by almost 5,000 sq.
meters to a total facility capacity of approx.13,500 sq. meters. The
central storage facility has around 85 employees, but the facility also
houses a large carving unit, where around 95 employees carve fresh
beef for the various stores’ butcher sections. In addition to these, there
are office facilities for the approx. 30 salaried workers who manage all
goods reception and shipping.
In connection with its Vejle expansion, Dansk Supermarked Kød wished
to attain a maximum degree of automation in its storage facility,
which is characterized by a very high turnover rate. each day between
25-30 articulated trucks pick up approx. 700 pallets with products to
be distributed to between 80-90 Salling, føtex and bilka stores. Since
all the products are fresh, it is imperative that warehouse retrieval occurs
on a first-in, first-out basis, and that individual stores get the right
number of the right products.
“We always think in dates. We have very clear rules for how the lifetime
of any given product should be distributed among supplier, warehouse,
store and customer. We handle approx. 1,300 different products with
short lifetimes, so our absolutely most important task is to ensure that
we do not make mistakes. customers must always be able to get fresh
products; and they won’t be able to if a store is sold out because we
forgot a couple of boxes. until now large parts of the storage facility
was manual. our new inventory management system will provide our
accomplished employees with new tools to help them make even fewer
errors, and thus service our customers even better. At the same time we
also spare our employees much of the heavy lifting,” says brian Nielsen,
operations Manager at Dansk Supermarked Kød.
once a shipment for a store is ready, the driver will be notified automatically.
The driver will scan and load all the products him or herself so that the risk of
errors is minimized.
As a specialist in process equipment manufacturing for the foods industry,
carnitech is the key supplier on the project. carnitech has solved
several large tasks together with Nordland Automatic, which delivers
the Plc software and panels, and the software firm logimatic, which
is known for its loGIA system for managing automated and manual
storage facilities. At Dansk Supermarked those three firms’ expertises
have really been put to the test, because all installation and implementation
had to be put in place while the carving hall and the warehouse
were operational.
froM receIPT To reTrIeVAl
The tasks of the North Jutland companies comprised implement-ing
an automated cooling storage facility and dispatch warehouse, which
included the conveying, warehousing and shipping meats from the carving
hall, receiving external goods with handheld terminals, wireless
picking of products with truck terminals as well as shipping/retrieval
with registration via handheld terminals. The new conveyor system
takes the meats from the carving hall once it has been packed into
plastic boxes and provided with barcodes. The boxes are then sent
through a cooling storage facility, which arranges the boxes for palletization
and storage in the aging warehouse. loGIA manages the aging
time and notifies the truck terminals when a particular piece of meat
is ready for retrieval.
The central warehouse automatically receives store orders via the
Group’s central IT system, which manages store inventories from cash
registers’ registrations of sold products. each morning loGIA calculates
how many products are to be picked and palletized for each individual
store, so that employees and carriers can schedule the tasks
for the day.

Throughout the day, carriers are provided with the number of pallets
ready for shipment and the number remaining to be picked out. A long
conveyor belt of more than 100 meters transports store-allocated products
- both those automatically and manually palletized - through the
warehouse out to shipping. here the manually and automatically picked
pallets are wrapped in film with cardboard boxes in a new winder. All
pallets are provided with store labels and placed in a zone designated
to hold that day’s deliveries for the store in ques-tion. once the system
registers that all shipments for a particular store are ready, it prints out a
loading slip and notifies the carrier that the products may be collected.
The driver scans and loads all the products him or herself, so as to ensure
that the right products end up in the right store. If he takes an incorrect
pallet, he will receive an error message. once loading is complete, all the
data are transmitted to the principal system, which acknowledges receipt
by sending freight papers to be signed by the driver.
STeP bY STeP
“one should bear in mind that, constantly, just as many products come
in as there are products going out. We are much honored that we have
been allowed to solve this task, but we are also very conscious that the
responsibility is a great one. If anything goes wrong, the consequences
can be almost incalculable. This is the reason we - in collaboration
with Dansk Supermarked Kød and Dansk Supermarked’s IT and process
consultants - have specified and tested the system’s functionality
several months before we started implementing it,” says Project Manager
bent Østergaard of carnitech.
carnitech has constructed a fully automated cooling warehouse where beef from
the carving hall arrives onto seven floors and is sorted according to product
num-bers for palletizing and aging.
In order to minimize the risk of errors, the parties arranged for the
implementation to take place over a number of months. As we entered
the month of May, the new cooling storage facility was transferred over
to the new system.
After that it was the turn of the dispatch warehouse. right now, neither
pick products from the product group nor the newly arrived products in
the group during the hours the restructuring is performed. “We need to
count the products and check that the numbers match the entries in the
old system. After that we need to have the products transferred electronically
over to loGIA and to ensure that the principal system can send
pick orders over to loGIA. We are in the very heart of the system. If
the system thinks that there are 1000 units of a product when there, in
fact, are only 100, no new product will be ordered. And this means that
there won’t be enough products to send out to the stores.
logimatic’s loGIA system manages both the automatic and the manual pick
ing of prod-ucts for individual stores.
We cautiously started out with herring because it is a product group
that is not in high demand during the early summer. until now, everything
has gone according to plan, but perhaps a little slower than anticipated.
There is nothing anyone can do about that. The most important
thing is that the project is carried out without adversely affecting
the stores. Dansk Supermarked has asked us to refine some of the best
logistics in existence. And that is a task that we take very seriously,”
says henrik Steen Nielsen, functional Manager at logimatic.
TrAINING oN The SYSTeM
Management at Dansk Supermarked Kød has been very alert to the
big demands that the upgrade places on the employees. for this reason,
early on in the process the company applied to Det regionale
Arbejdsmarked in Vejle county for approval of a rotational project.
The labor Market council approved the project. This has entailed that
some jobless people have had their skills bases updated for hiring as
replacements, so that the employees in the central warehouse could
receive training in the automated processes involving barcodes, handheld
termi-nals, truck terminals, etc. The new logistics system has thus
been demystified and tested thoroughly before being put into

The Danbred breeding programme is responsible for the genetic improvement of
the pork products and is therefore considered a very important part of the whole
industry. The aim of Danbred is to improve the breeds to obtain the best possible
overall economy for the industry.
Danbred International was founded in 1972 by all registered breeding herds in Denmark.
In close cooperation with the National committee for Pig Production and the federation
of Danish Pig Producers and Slaughterhouses , DbI exports purebred Danish
landrace, Danish large White, Danish Duroc, Danish hampshire as well as crossbreds
between the breeds. export of fresh semen is also under the auspices of DbI.
DbI not only assists selecting breeding pigs in the registered breeding herds, but
also makes all sanitary arrangements concerning the veterinarian, quarantine, health
certificates etc., as well as shipment and transport in specially equipped trucks and
aircrafts to all parts of the world. DbI has exported breeding pigs to more than 40
countries in South America, North America, europe, Africa, and Asia.
DbI exports annually approx 40.000 breeding pigs to all parts of the world.
Genetic base: The Danish pig breeding programme, Danbred, is organised by the
National committee for Pig Production. At present there are 2 cooperative slaughterhouse
companies in Denmark processing more than 24.5 million pigs annually of
which approx. 90 per cent are exported.
In carrying out the successful programme, Danbred collaborates with 42 private
breeders who own a total of 71 herds.
The aim of Danbred is to improve the four breeds to obtain the best possible overall
economy for the industry.
Selection in the Danbred breeding herds is therefore based on results for performance,
fertility as well as carcass traits.
Danbred bases its genetic programme on the use of test results from more than
98,000 breeding pigs in the 71 nucleus herds and more than 5,500 AI candidate
males evaluated annually at the central testing station.
1,800 elite AI boars located on 10 AI stations and 180 multiplier herds also participate
in the Danish Pig breeding Programme and contribute to the rapid genetic
progress and its distribution to the commercial herds.

DanBred international成立于1972年并在丹麦注册了所有的繁殖群。

基因基础
关于丹麦种猪育种计划,DanBred公司是由丹麦国家猪生产委员会创办
起来的。目前,丹麦有两家合作社型屠宰公司每年加工超过2450万头
猪,其中约90%用于出口。
在实施这一成功的计划的同时,DanBred公司还与总共拥有71个繁殖群
的42家私人育种者进行了合作。

Tican is a modern and globally-oriented food company based in Thisted. The
company is driven by a strong sense of regional pride, and the day-to-day operations

This enables lSM Pumps to solve various tasks, from dosing of small quantities,
e.g. tomato in mackerel tins, glue for the laminated wood production or chemicals
in a water treatment plant to more extensive transportation tasks in the sectors of
industry, agriculture and fishing.
The innovative company in Vrå has earlier developed hose pumps with housings
in plastic. The plastic housing provides a variety of advantages when it comes to

originally, lSM was a Smith’s company and has successfully specialised in the production

The Industrialisation fund for Developing countries (Ifu) was established as a
selfgoverning fund by Act of The Danish Parliament in 1967 with the purpose of
promoting economic activities in developing countries through investments in
these countries in co-operation with Danish companies. Since the establishment,
Ifu has taken part in 547 joint ventures in 72 developing countries world-wide.
Ifu AS A PArTNer
Ifu participates as a partner in the project companies through equity capital and/or
loans. To be eligible, a project has to be financed in part by a Danish business
partner. The project must further be evaluated as being a commercially viable project.
Ifu can participate in both greenfield projects, expansion of existing projects
as well as in privatisation of state-owned enterprises.
Ifu participates on the boards of project companies with experienced internal
and external advisers. An extensive network of advisers enables Ifu to assess the
commercial aspects of a proposed project, including aspects on local legislation,
business climate etc. Presented with a specific idea for production in a developing
country, Ifu will offer the partners a preliminary meeting for discussing issues
of importance to the viability of the project. Ifu is familiar with most pitfalls and
offers guidance on how to steer clear hereof. Ifu may also help in identifying potential
partners and various financing options - including contacts to Ifu’s network
of international financing institutions.

and department of food engineering of former beijing Agricultural engineering
university merged into one-college of food Science and Nutritional engineering of

located in two campuses respectively; then by moving from west campus all to east
campus, our college realized the substantive merger and be officially called “college

located in the beautiful scenery fenyi town. The company has floor space 357 chinese
acres, which composed by 120 chinese acres for the boar pigsty, 200 chinese

adaptability by Jiangxi Science and Technology bureau and Jiangxi Agriculture
burear in January 3, 2004. All of the professionals have determined that the PIc

新余市科农种猪改良有限公司始建于2001年,坐落在风景秀丽的分宜
县分宜镇。占地面积357亩,总投资叁仟陆佰万;种猪场舍占地面积
120亩,水产养殖、绿色蔬菜基地、果园及绿化带约200亩。公司引进了
Pic具有世界领先水准的曾祖代核心群826头; 2004年扩建增加基础母
猪600头;2000头基础母猪的公司分场于2006年8月开工,届时公司年生
产能力可达5万余头;目前公司产品销售全国二十多个省市。
公司主要生产Pic祖代、父母代及配套公猪、“五元杂交”商品猪。
种猪性能指标:母猪头胎平均产活仔数10.5头以上,肥育期日增重约
900克,100公斤体重日龄为155天,瘦肉率为65%,全程料肉比约2.48:
1;公司生产上采用全群人工授精配种,生产出最佳的“五元杂交”瘦
肉型商品猪。中国首例超早期断奶技术(7天)于2002年8月6日在公司
实施成功。
公司于2004年元月3号通过了江西省科技厅、农业厅对种猪性能及适应
性的鉴定,在场专家一致认定:科农Pic种猪适应性好,抗病力强,产
仔率、瘦肉率高,五元杂交商品猪生长速度快,比同类产品水平高,
应大力推广。公司投资壹仟万的配套年产5万吨的饲料生产线已投入使
用,配套完善的科农饲料大市场预计2008年全面启动,为农户提供种
猪、饲料、兽药一条龙服务。
公司于2005年评为省级龙头企业、省养猪协会常务理事;2006年评为市
养猪协会会长。
