The infinity OCTAGON Dental Implant System 

delivers a truly compatible, functional and 

aesthetic dental implant solution for you and 

your patients. 

The infinity Octagon implant system has been 

designed to work with some of the leading 

octagonal configured systems in the market 

today. The infinity Octagon platform allows 

for a secure connecting interface between 

the implant and prosthetic components. The 

precise manufacturing of all infinity Octagon 

components is what separates this system from 

other compatible dental implant systems. 

The implants are manufactured from grade 4 

pure titanium and are available in tissue level 

and bone level versions. The surface in the 

endosteal section is sandblasted with large 

particles of corundum and acid-etched. The 

macro-roughness exhibits a roughness profile of 

20 to 40μm with micro-roughness of 2 to 4μm, 

providing an optimal surface topography for 

osseointegration. 

From a single tooth to a full arch restoration, 

infinity Octagon implants and prosthetics are 

easy to use and restore. The implant system is 

functionally identical at a price that makes sense 

for your practice.

CLEANSING PROCESS FOR alloOss 

Phase 1: 

Stringent screening procedures for donor selection. 

Phase 2: Initial physical inspection and debridement to eliminate 

substandard tissue and aseptic placement in canisters, reducing 

risk of tissue contamination. Tissue is processed via minimal 

manipulation in cGTP conditions in ISO 5 (Class 100) clean 

rooms using procedures and screening criteria that meets the 

requirements of the AATB. 

Phase 3: Cleansing reaches deep within the tissues with a process 

that sustains consistency. The process, which uses mechanical 

energy and rotation, is customized based on specific tissue type 

and weight. Microbiological testing is performed before and after 

processing to ensure safety of the final product. 

Phase 4: Low dose low temperature irradiation provides the tissue 

with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10 -6 without compromising 

the mechanical integrity of the allograft tissue. 

Phase 5: Full water immersion extraction, as opposed to batch 

swab, is taken for increased accuracy of microbial presence reading.

NuOSS GRANULES 

NuOss natural cancellous (spongiosa) and cortical bone matrix is produced by the removal 

of all organic components from bovine bone. Due to its natural porous structure, NuOss is 

physically and chemically comparable to the mineralized matrix of human bone. 

The proprietary manufacturing process of NuOss allows for maintenance of the naturally 

occurring bone mineral structure, including macroscopic and microscopic structures. Due 

to this trabecular architecture with interconnecting macro and micro pores, the ingrowth of 

new bone and associated vascularization at the site of grafting is optimized.

conFORM is a resorbable collagen membrane matrix made from Type I 

bovine collagen. Its pliable characteristics and predictable resorption time of

In Use: Here the Bone Spreader Osteotome is in place, separating the block 

graft from the ramus on the mandible. The site was prepared and the crest 

burnished. The crest is then perforated to outline the graft using a .75mm 

round bur. The outline should be 4-5mm medial from the buccal plate. The 

length of the graft is determined using a caliper. A 702L bur is used to connect 

the perforations to the length of the graft. Vertical anterior and posterior cuts 

are made with the 702L bur 10-12mm in length. At the vertical depth, the 

buccal plate is scored using a #8 round bur. The block graft is out-fractured 

using the bone spreader osteotome.
