THE TEAM
Graduated from Qiqihar University in 2007 with a major in business administration. Mr Shi has
nearly 16 years of management experience in urban complexes, shopping centers, department
stores and wholesale markets.
After graduating in 2007, he has been engaged in the development and management of
commercial real estate shopping centers. He has nearly 16 years of management experience in
urban complexes/shopping centers/department stores/wholesale markets, and his past working
experience includes companies like Shanghai AJ Corporation ( 上 海 爱 建 集 团 ), China Resource Land (
华 润 置 地 ), Fujian Sannong Group ( 泰 禾 集 团 ). Mr Shi has successfully developed and operated the
following projects Zhengzhou First Avenue, Wuhan First Avenue, Harbin Aijian City Center,
Shenyang The Mixc, Anshan The Mixc, Dalian The Mixc, Fuzhou East 2nd Ring Tahoe Plaza, Fuzhou
Wusi North Tahoe Plaza, Quanzhou Tahoe Plaza.

Mr Shi is the CEO of Fun Mall and is fully responsible for project management and operations.
Graduated from Fushun University in Liaoning Province, China in 2008. Mr Qian has 15 years of
experience in the management of commercial real estate shopping centers. His past experience
includes working for Yifang Group in Shanghai and China Resources 华 润 置 地 , a Fortune Global 500
company. He worked as a senior commercial project manager for China Resources Land and was
responsible for the successful development and operation management of a total of 10 shopping
malls projects, with a total area of more than 1 million square meters. Mr Qian’s portfolio includes
renowned malls like Vientiane City Complex, Shenyang Changbai Mixc Shopping Center, Shenyang
Tiexi Mixc Shopping Center,
Mr Qian is general manager of the Fun Mall shopping center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and was
fully responsible for project management and leasing.
