After 19 years of working in the construction industry, I launched RBG construction in
1996. RBG Construction is a proud company of the relentless perseverance for quality
and excellence in all that we do.

RBG provides the full range of general contracting services to meet the growing demand
from our clients for effi cient and effective capital project delivery.
Our primary task is to represent the interest of the owner throughout the project, and to manage
the achievement of the project’s schedule, quality and budgetary goals. We tailor the
scope for each construction assignment specifi cally for our clients and their project needs.
Our team of skillsmen are put through a rigorous training to prepare them for any and every
hazardous situation possible. In addition, they are continuously trained and educated on
OSHA regulated safety policy and procedures.

contractor, including on-site supervision, performance
of work, payment of subcontractors, and a guarantee
of materials and workmanship.

RBG employs a full-time safety director along with a
site specifi c safety plan to ensure site and employee
safety, reduce costs, and minimize client’s liability.
Quality Control
RBG evaluates the performance of every subcontractor
and every supplier on every project to insure that
RBG obtains the highest quality workmanship and
puts the best team on its client’s projects.

Preconstruction
Pre-tasking and organization are as important as the execution
of the construction phase itself. We isolate every aspect of
the construction process that could potentially cause problems

Our project managers work closely with owners and architects,
providing scheduling and cost analysis data to track time and
budget guidelines. This detailed system allows us to provide
owners with accurate up-to-the-minute data and status reports as

Construction

momentum as construction begins. Scheduling and ordering

CST and RBG Partnering for Secure Safety Measures
CST is a SBE, minority owned fi rm and works in
partnership with RBG Construction in the area of
employee trainings on existing safety programs.
RBG’s/CST’s qualifi ed, certifi ed trainers use training
techniques and their own practical experience to
customize training course which vary from 1 hour
to 5 days, depending on the topic(s).
These courses can be customized to each of our
clients/projects needs and will meet all required
regulatory compliance along with documentation of
training, course outline, handouts, quizzes and evaluations.
Purpose
Safety training helps your business with effective
solutions in reducing worker(s) injuries along with
general liabilities claims. Our safety trainers will assist
in designing and implementing RBG’s projects
safety goals.
