GOODBYE HEATHER<br />
It was the end of an era in June - the <strong>JMP</strong> office said goodbye<br />
to Heather, who had been with us for almost 22 years.<br />
Many customers, past and present, will have spoken to<br />
Heather over the years as she was a key member of our<br />
telesales team.<br />
We will miss her sense of humour and her ability to stay calm<br />
in any situation.<br />
