Throughout the two days, the
Knowledge Fair will be your networking
hub and a space to connect,
engage, and learn. You will have
the opportunity to meet key sector
suppliers, stakeholders and partners,
as well as the NHF team, who can
support you in delivering for your
residents.
Networking highlights
include:
Monday 11 September: 9am – 9:30am
Welcome breakfast at NHF stand
Drop by the NHF stand to meet the team,
ask any questions you have about the
Summit or to learn more about the work
and ambitions of the NHF. The perfect
icebreaker.
Monday 11 September: 5:45pm – 7pm
Networking reception in Knowledge Fair
Join colleagues in the Knowledge Fair to
unwind, share your experiences, discuss
key session takeaways and to make those
all-important connections.
As well as the NHF hosting a drinks
reception, we’re delighted sector partners
will be hosting events within the space,
including:
BME National
We’ll hear a short speech from Cym
D’Souza, Chair of BME National and Chief
Executive of Arawak Walton, about the
latest from BME National and you will have
the opportunity to engage with colleagues
old and new over informal drinks.
PlaceShapers
The team at PlaceShapers would be
delighted to welcome you to their drinks
reception. Please do come along to
meet with and chat with their new Chief
Executive Catherine Ryder, members of the
board and the core team.
Future Housing Leaders
A dedicated space on the NHF stand for the
Future Housing Leaders cohort to gather,
support each other and to help make
connections that build your network.

Fundraising networking evening
Enjoy an evening at Pitcher and Piano in
Brindley Place. This year we’re delighted to
be supporting a local charity.
Tuesday 12 September: 7:30am – 8am
Summit run
Get off to a positive and healthy start to
the day by joining colleagues for a run
around Birmingham. All abilities welcome.
Fringe events
Join varied, engaging, and tailored
events to enable you to meet with
like-minded colleagues, including:

Homes for Cathy breakfast
Hear from Homes for Cathy chair David
Bogle, network with group members
who are doing great work to tackle
homelessness and discover more about
implementing the Homes for Cathy
commitments in your own organisation.
Rural Housing Alliance lunch (invite only)
Tuesday 12: 8:10am - 9:00am
Networking event for smaller housing
associations
An opportunity to connect with smaller
housing associations from across the
country and discuss some of the key issues
facing the sector at this informal breakfast
networking event, jointly hosted by Jesse
Fajemisin, Chair of the NHF National
Smaller Housing Network, and Karen
Cooper, Chair of G320.
Devolution lunch
Join us for an informal lunch as we bring
together housing association colleagues
from across the country to discuss the
latest in devolution. This is an opportunity
to network with colleagues from other
housing association devolution groups and
share your experiences.
Together with Tenants drop-in sessions:
• How safe is my home? Everyone deserves
a safe, warm, and cost-effective home.
• Giving every resident the opportunity
to have a voice. Why resident voices
are essential in asset management for
housing associations and contractors.
