FILLING<br />
TECHNIQUE<br />
The Brow Filling Technique provides a<br />
gently restrained effect. Here, the front<br />
area of the eyebrow is completely<br />
omitted and not colored. The transition<br />
between color and natural hair, is<br />
worked out with the rubber spoolie.<br />
