What's in the Atherton data?<br />
In June, Los <strong>Alto</strong>s had 39 single-family homes for<br />
sale, providing the market with only 4.7 months of<br />
inventory. There were 10 new listings added, and<br />
12 homes sold. The median sale price for singlefamily<br />
homes was $7.3m, with a median overbid<br />
of 90.7%. The average time on the market for<br />
single-family homes was 104 days.<br />
On the other hand, the condo market in Los <strong>Alto</strong>s<br />
has a much smaller inventory, with only 1 unit for<br />
sale. In June, 1 new listing was added, but no<br />
condos were sold. The median sale price for<br />
condos was unavailable as there were no sales.<br />
There is no median overbid percentage for June.
