BY CAR
From the M25: exit at Junction 24
for Potters Bar.
Take the A111 to Cockfosters and
continue for 3 miles until you
reach the first roundabout.
Turn left along Bramley Road for
half a mile to the traffic lights.
Go straight on at the lights, wit
Oakwood tube station on your
right, and take the first left onto
Snakes Lane.

PARKING
There is plenty of parking
available onsite with 3 car
parks available. Overflow
parking will be available at the
University Sports Centre Car
Park (2-minute walk away) or
the fields. PLEASE DO NOT
PARK ON SNAKES LANE!
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Please note that there may be some disruption to public transport over the bank
holiday weekend. If you are planning on using the Piccadilly Line please be
aware that it will be shut from Arnos Grove
to Cockfosters where the PL-5
replacement bus will be in service .

FACILITIES
We will have a bar, food, and entertainment to keep you
entertained alongside the hockey matches!
ACCOMODATION
We are now offering a camping package for spectators!
There is camping available at Southgate Hockey Club for both
the Saturday and Sunday nights to ensure no one misses out!
Go to our website to purchase the additional camping ticket for
£15 per person for the weekend.
This price remains the same whether you decide to camp for one
or two nights and make sure to bring your own camping stuff!

Y1 Champs is a chance to
get involved with some
great hockey, but we're
levelling it up with an
outdoor bar, beer garden,
and DJ to make it a day to
remember.
So come festival ready...
wear team face paint, go
all out, and get ready for
the biggest hockey party
of the year!
The great news is, the fun
doesn't end with the finals
on Sunday - we will be
hosting an afterparty until
late at the clubhouse to
celebrate!

7 Mens Teams - 2 groups of 3/4
6 Women's Teams - 2 groups of 3
Watch out for our future talent in
our junior finals on Sunday.
Game Format
10 mins warm up to start
50 min game (12.5min
quarter)
1 min quarter time breaks
5 min half time breaks
For the Women's Competition, the top 2
teams from each group will progress to
semi-final matches and then the final.
For the Men's Competition, teams will
compete in playoffs with those finishing
in the same positions in each pool
playing each other.
Game Format

40 min games (10 min quarters)
1 min quarter time breaks
5 min half time breaks
THE RULES
Normal 11-aside rules apply during the tournament so no feet, foul play and lots
of goals please!
We do however have our community rule in play - see our Instagram for details!
