� Official TOEFL scores or AACC English placement test. We do not accept institutional TOEFL scores. Upon arrival, you will be required to take
the college placement test in English and Math for Associate degree program.
Exemptions from TOEFL requirement can be made for international students if he/she satisfies one of the following:
� Successfully completed the Advanced level of ESL at AACC
� AACC college placement test
� Transfer of college English credit from an accredited US agencies, college and universities.
� Documents of financial support, a complete AACC Financial Resources Statement form and original official bank statements or bank letters (in
English and U.S. currency) If a sponsor supports you, you must submit their original bank statement and complete form I-134 or Affidavit of
support. Bank statements or letters must be issued within 3 months.
You must pay the SEVIS fee of $200 USD after you received your Form I-20 and acceptance letter from the college.. To pay online, go to

notarized form I-134 or Affidavit of support. Bank statements or letters must be issued within 3 months.
SEVIS fee payment: Pay SEVIS fee of $200 two days after receiving form I-20. Go to www.fmj.fee.com and Print the receipt.
Part II – Submit the following to USCIS Vermont Service Center. (DSO may review all documents prior to mailing)
� Completed form I-539 (Application to Extend/Change Non-immigrant Status). You can obtain the form at http://uscis.gov
� Check or money order of $300.00 USD payable to USCIS or Department of Homeland Security.(always check the USCIS website for
current fees).
