IV Areas of Operational Focus Support ongoing delivery of States policy in the energy sector. The States of Guernsey agreed a policy letter ‘Guernsey Electricity- Regulation’ dated 18th May 2021, which was approved by the States on 10th September 2021 on the regulation of electricity prices by the States through the States Trading and Supervisory Board. An ordinance and States Directions to give effect to the policy decision are currently being drafted.
