Most presentations will be given in English, translation from and into Russian is possible both for
presentations and for discussion, discussion can also be held in Russian.
Venue
The kick-off meeting will be held in room A 308 on the university campus (number 2 on the maps). It will start
Thursday, December 16, 11:15 and last until Friday, December 17, 16:00.
Accommodation is possible in two hotels near the university campus; the hotels can best be reached using bus
line 3 (which unfortunately does not start from the railway station, see the map of the inner city). The
university campus (2) can be reached by bus lines 3, 5 and 20 (3, 20: “Winninger Straße”, 5: “Oberweiher UNI”).

4: the restaurant where we will have the social dinner.
