Rules and responsibilitiesEntering the traffic streamWhenever you enter the traffic streamfrom a parked position, or through abreak in a median strip, you must giveway to all vehicles travelling on the road.Changing lanesWhenever you change lanes from onemarked lane or line of traffic to another,you must give way to vehicles already inthat lane or line of traffic.
