HOLIDAY HOTELS AND ADDED
VALUE EXCURSIONS
We always aim to offer the very best value for our customers
and we work hard to create the perfect packages to suit all
preferences and budgets. We are very particular in selecting
hotels – it is not always about the lowest price and we
continually take into consideration location, reviews, facilities,
food quality and entertainment. We consistently try and add
value to your holiday by including at least one (and very often
two) excursion/s and many holidays also include admission fees,
guided tours and tickets as well to enhance the experience.
In the post-Covid era, it is, however, widely acknowledged
that in some places there may be hospitality staffing
shortages and delivery issues. At Crusader Holidays, we are
committed to providing the absolute best holiday experience
by working closely with our hotel and attraction partners to
ensure service and quality levels are maintained.
LOCAL DEPARTURES POINTS
The majority of our holidays include a pick up and drop off
from a location convenient for you. We operate a network of
around 100 local joining points across East Anglia, Southern
England and the Home Counties in order to be able to offer
you our great selection of holidays from a location near you.
See page 102. If you prefer, you can also always join your
holiday coach at our interchange point (or Dover for
continental holidays) or directly at the holiday destination.
SELF-DRIVE OPTION
Our self-drive option gives you the freedom to join one of
our holidays directly at the hotel. You will enjoy all the
benefits and convenience of a relaxing coach holiday
and your pre-allocated seats will be kept for you for your
included excursions. The only difference is that you get
yourself to and from your hotel at the start and end of your
holiday. Please call 01296 336666 to discuss this option as
well as applicable discounts.
SOLO TRAVELLERS
Our pricing policy allows (whenever possible) solo travellers to
book without a single room supplement on a limited number of
rooms. Please note that these rooms are available on a first
come first served basis and that subsequent single rooms may
incur a charge. It should also be noted that the size of single
rooms can vary from hotel to hotel and sometime true single
rooms can be quite small. If you prefer to have a double room
for sole use, please let us know at the time of booking and we
can advise of any applicable supplements.
SUITABILITY
Please get in touch with us if you are in any doubt about the
suitability of a particular holiday, hotel or excursion for your
personal circumstances or requirements. We will gladly find
out specific information about access, lifts, steps, mobility
restrictions etc if this is not already known.
