<strong>RAPC</strong> <strong>PT</strong> (Research And Production Center)<br />
is based in Canggu, Bali – Indonesia and<br />
is a 100% foreign owned company, owned<br />
and operated by a European family and<br />
completed by our dedicated local staff. We are<br />
an exporting company of different styles of<br />
home decoration made with materials from<br />
throughout Indonesia. We also export wooden<br />
furniture, products made from fabrics, etc….<br />
Products are designed and as well<br />
manufactured by our own or sourced as a<br />
wholesaler and produced on the Indonesian<br />
archipelago.<br />
Which services do we provide?<br />
Our own design department to create new<br />
prototypes for our own collection or at service<br />
of our customers.<br />
We can source the enormous local market for<br />
custom demands of our customers.<br />
A garment in which we produce fine clothing,<br />
pillows, pouches, beach towels, etc.. under<br />
our brand or your brand.<br />
Our own print shop where we produce T-shirts<br />
with different fabrics and designs.<br />
We handle QC (Quality control) prior to<br />
shipment for our customers in our own<br />
warehouses, with our own staff.<br />
Packing and loading containers happens in<br />
our own warehouses with our own staff for<br />
All orders are accepted, even if we need to<br />
organise shipping of a small air parcel or a<br />
40’ HC container. Shipments can be organised<br />
from EX works to Door to Door. Compare our<br />
price and you will be assured of our market<br />

GENERAL CONDITIONS<br />
To benefit our wholesale prices, a minimum order of 5000 US$ and the minimum mentionned quantity is<br />
required. A flat handling fee of 150 US$ will be added for all orders < 5000 US$.<br />
Our prices are Ex Works, packing not included. After receipt of your order, we will calculate the packing<br />
volume and packing costs<br />
Depending of the weight and the packing dimensions, shipping can be done by air freight, LCL or FCL.(*)<br />
Upon demand, transport quote will be presented for acceptance.<br />
All sample orders are accepted against our retail prices only.<br />
Dimensions and weight, as mentionned in our catalogue, are indicative. Most of our items are handmade<br />
and sizes and weight can vary.<br />
All our items are produced in Indonesia.<br />
As per Indonesian law, for exporting wooden furniture and items made in natural stone, a fixed<br />
government fee will be charged per shipment.(not per item)<br />
Colours can slightly vary from our catalogue pictures. <strong>RAPC</strong> can not be held reponsible if such things<br />
happen.<br />
When mentionning “assorted”, means we have the right to organise a mixture of colours or items,<br />
except if customer has very clearly specified his needs and his demand has been confirmed in return by<br />
<strong>RAPC</strong>.<br />
A minimum downpayment of 50% will be transferred for each order. The balance will be transferred prior<br />
to the shipment.<br />
Upon request, each shipment can be insured at cost.<br />
Prices are Net. Bank costs other to our local bankcharges, are not accepted.<br />
Prices mentionned in US$ and Euro are indicative. Only the IDR prices are valid.<br />
All our wooden items have been heat treated and will be fumigated prior to shipment. Used paint is not<br />
containing any led.<br />
Custom made packaging for all items is possible at cost. Minimum order for each item will be<br />
communicated.<br />
All pictures are property of <strong>RAPC</strong>. Pictures can be used after written authorisation of <strong>RAPC</strong>. Upon<br />
demand, we can supply high resolution pictures.<br />
