Wealden Times Midwinter Fair
We returned to The Hop Farm with a festive bang this year, thrilled to be back in
our lovely warm marquees surrounded by so many smiling faces. Taking into
account feedback from previous years, we increased the size of our food and drink
spaces, and made sure there was plenty of extra seating and caterers to allow our visitors
even more time to catch up with friends and family between exploring the stands.
Our fantastic exhibitors spent hours curating and displaying their wares on set-up day, and
choosing the best stand was certainly tricky. After much debate, No. 3 – the incredibly stylish
fashion, homeware and lifestyle boutique in Lenham – were presented with the award, and

Thank you to everyone who came to shop, those who were exhibiting, our harmonious school choirs,
and to our wonderful sponsors, Neptune Tonbridge. We loved seeing a sea of sage green hessian shoppers
snaking away from their beautiful stand by the ticket office as they were presented to visitors on arrival.
We’re sure to be seeing them reused on future shopping trips around the Weald for years to come.
