1- Verdantia Site Location + Analysis
Location: Dubai Design District
Function: Awareness & Educational
Plot: 41,183 sqm
This thesis proposes an architecture for
the people to redefine production and
security for vegetation and to discuss
how to care for native and endangered
species in the UAE, in addition to exploring
the various functions and types of
botanical gardens, investigate the connection
between architecture and nature
to create architectural designs that
evoke a sense of place. Finally, to raise
awareness and make the coming generation
understand and learn how important
these species and plants are to the
world.
To reflect this study, the chosen site for the proposed project is a plot in
Dubai Design District.
Dubai design district was established in 2013. it is a TECOM Group’s threephase
free zone business park opened in 2015. It has 1.2 million square feet
of office, studio, atelier, and showroom space and over 200,000 square feet
of retail. 11 buildings house 1,000 office and 100 retail units.
This location is convenient to Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Business Bay,
Dubai Creek, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall metro
station
The space is divided into 4 distinct parts
to represent the 4 ecosystems

Location: Bur Dubai Creek
Function: Office Building
Plot: 5840 sqm
A special work-place where people are motivated to work, interacting
with each other, sharing,gathering in this special workspace
that make them feel so comfortable that they don’t want to leave.
Google HQ DXB is a harmonious blend of work and leisure. Situated
next to the scenic Dubai Creek, it offers a tranquil backdrop
for work. Beyond its office spaces, the project includes convenient
amenities like restaurants and a fully-equipped gym. This ensures
that tenants have access to a comfortable and balanced work environment.
The project exemplifies our dedication to creating spaces
that enhance both productivity and well-being.

The unconscious mind gathers and collects bits of pieces of
our everyday life and stores it. My “Metahaus” shows how the
unconscious mind is with our bodies. The rooms in this house
show the powerful aspects of our unconscious mind and once
you enter one room it unlocks a segment in our mind from
our daily life.
