Fewer <strong>NI</strong> <strong>businesses</strong> have undertaken at least one (16%) or two<br />
<strong>action</strong>s (13%) compared to <strong>GB</strong>, but a significantly greater proportion<br />
have undertaken 3 <strong>action</strong>s compared to <strong>GB</strong> (16% vs 11% respectively).<br />
