Established in 1994, Dale Leisure originally supplied holiday 

parks with prizes for the amusements. Over the last 30 years 

we have grown to be a diverse supplier for a wide range of 

customers from parks and resorts, to the hotel sector and 

across the hospitality industry. 

We are continuously reviewing and embedding a path to a more sustainable future into our business. 

We’ve put together a few points to give you that peace of mind re-assurance that we’re doing our bit. 

Eco Products 

In recent years we have introduced 

various eco-friendly products across 

our categories including housewares, 

bedding and cleaning consumables. 

We will continue to expand to offer 

our customers further green choices. 

3rd Party Logistics Partners 

Our 3PL partners work really hard to 

help reduce emissions and the carbon 

footprint that they leave. Their fleet 

or vehicles are carbon neutral or have 

an all-electric status. Plus, our 3PL 

partners have numerous environmental 

awards! 

Workplace Sustainability 

We all use paper in some form, but 

to reduce our paper wastage, we now 

send all of our paperwork via email. If 

you do get any paperwork from us, just 

know that the paper we’ve used is 100% 

recycled or FSC certified. 

Innovative Packaging 

All of our packaging is made from 

approximately 85% recycled materials 

and is either re-used or sent to a 

recycling plant. This approximately 

saves 50 tonnes of packaging going to 

landfill every year.

Teak Wood Furniture Aftercare 

STEP 

ONE

Look for any mould forming under the lacquer. 

Where mould is present, make sure the wood is dry 

and ready for sanding. 

Using a very fine sandpaper, sand down the affected 

area.Additional sanding may be required if the mould 

is tough to remove. 

STEP 

THREE 

After sanding is complete, prepare a teak oil to apply 

to the wood. A teak protector can also be used. 

STEP 

FOUR 

Lightly apply the teak oil with a sponge along the grain. 

Leave the wood to dry thoroughly before reuse. 

STEP 

FIVE 

The wood will look like new after the above processes 

have been followed.

teak wood furniture looking at it’s best and for maximum lifespan.
