MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN<br />

Maintenance personnel need to have general understanding of maintenance<br />

procedures and be willing to learn procedures for the ethanol industry. These<br />

individuals must be able to manage confined spaces, climb ladders and steps, work<br />

at heights, lift up to 60 lbs. and be able to meet call in requirements. Payloader,<br />

telehandler, boom lift, scissor lift experience helpful. Training can be offered.<br />

Knowledge of 4-20 milliamps, 460 V 3 Ph power distribution, and welding is a plus.<br />

Maintenance shifts are typically 7am – 4 pm with fluctuations during maintenance<br />

turnarounds, on-call activities, harvest operations and subject to change as necessary.<br />

30, 2024, as well as all prior taxes. The current real estate taxes are $2,352/yr.<br />

TERMS/POSSESSION: Non-refundable, 15% down-payment day of auction, with balance due on or before<br />

April 1, 2024. Possession will be granted at closing, and the current lease has been terminated. This farm is offered<br />
