Sustainable & Healthy<br />
Like no other building material, wood provides the direct feel of nature! This is probably why we love to live surrounded<br />
by wood. Measures adopted to protect and maintain the unique resource of our woodlands are therefore becoming<br />
increasingly important. Because we take this responsibility very seriously, a gentle and sustainable way of dealing with<br />
wood and wooden materials is firmly built into our principles for working. Beside to the variety of our range, LEBO attaches<br />
special importance to the use of environmentally friendly materials.<br />

SUSTAINABLE<br />

Screen Print<br />
A ceramic colour with a satinato look is burnt in the glass.<br />
This results in an extremely scratch-resistant surface. In<br />
addition to an appealing look and feel, screen printing<br />
is characterised by its ease of maintenance. A surface<br />
sealed by the stoving process is particularly resistant to<br />
heavy use and soiling.<br />
Sandblasting<br />
Sandblasting creates a subtle matt surface finish. The<br />
sandblasted surfaces in the motif create a special lighting<br />
effect in the room. Due to the technical realisation, completely<br />
individual motifs can also be applied to the glass<br />
according to customer requirements. The high-quality<br />
CleanEasy-Nano coating (CE-N) seals the surface, making<br />
the glass door easy to clean.<br />
Laser Technology<br />
A tiny part of the glass is melted using a laser, leaving behind<br />
small dots that appear white due to the refraction of<br />
light. This creates the finest details and shading on the<br />
glass. By this melting a closed surface is created which is<br />
characterised not only by a particularly shimmering light<br />
effect but also by great durability.<br />

GLASS PROCESSING<br />
Fluted Bevel<br />
Groove cuts are applied to the glass door in a fine V-joint.<br />
Depending on the desired opacity, clear or satinised<br />
glass is used as the basis. In addition to the tactile feel<br />
of the groove cut, the prism effect creates a very special<br />
play of light.<br />
Textured Lacquer<br />
Coating with special glass lacquers gives glass surfaces<br />
an opaque, elegant appearance with high brilliance and<br />
luminosity. Applied as a motif or as a glazing bar division,<br />
the lacquer technique offers a wide range of possible<br />
applications.<br />

With Aalto we follow the design trend towards new simplicity – focusing on the essential and functional, without losing<br />
the sense of aesthetics.<br />
There are absolutely no drill holes. The magnetic closure and an adhesive handle do not require any extra machining, as<br />
a result, the opening direction and hinge side remain flexible.<br />
