generate thanks to our photovoltaic panels

on top of our buildings. We recycle and

give new life to all the wastage resulting

A totally innovative new concept of fixing the

pad, which starts from a substantial difference

compared to the classic cycling shorts, where the

braces are sewn to the bodice or to the waist.

THE REVOLUTIONARY CONCEPT OF BIB SHORT

Many cycling enthusiasts associate the Nalini brand

not only with Made in Italy, the authentic one,

but also with the first pad in synthetic fiber, made

instead of the one in deerskin.

The common thread that unites the past with the

present is manifested today with a new revolution

developed by Nalini researchers.

After an intense period of testing and

experimentation, the MOA research and

development laboratory , the forge of every single

Nalini innovation, has created an integrated "MOA

pad + strap" system with the certainty that, once

worn, it will be impossible to go back.

We are facing a totally innovative new concept

of fixing the pad, which starts from a substantial

difference compared to the classic cycling shorts,

where the braces are sewn to the bodice or to the

waist.

The construction of Contact provides that the

suspenders are fixed directly to the pad with side

seams and , through a series of passage slots

placed on the shorts without bodice, they remain

perfectly in place, guaranteeing excellent stability

and allowing the pad itself to adhere and to

perfectly follow every movement of the body while

pedalling.

Basically, the system represents a new frontier of

comfort in the saddle, because it gives the cyclist

a sensation of protection never experienced

before, but also of absolute freedom of movement,

because the pad is constantly adherent to the

body, as if it were itself a muscle in action to

protect and enhance performance.

The gratifying experience that the cyclist will

experience wearing Nalini shorts equipped with the

integrated Contact system is a new, full connection

with his bike.

Our integrated pad & brace system for bib

shorts revolutionises today's concept of pad

placement and greatly enhances fit and comfort.

The new construction creates channels through

which the braces are guided directly to the pad,

which is partially disjointed from the short itself

to allow a more adaptive connection to the

individual contours of the wearer’s body shape.

Through four welded channels placed at waist

level, the braces are independent yet held

perfectly in place, guaranteeing excellent

stability and allowing the pad to adapt and follow

every movement of the rider whilst pedalling.

This system represents a new era in comfort

providing protection and freedom of movement

not achievable with traditional construction.

The pad will constantly fit the body when worn,

as if it were part of the rider.

The upper part of the bib-short is also minimal

and apart from the braces themselves, the need

for additional fabric for support is unnecessary.

In the summer especially, this allows the rider to

stay fresher and dryer with higher ventilation.

Dyneema ® is a Polyethylene fiber with ultra-high

molecular orientation with unique properties: It

has an ultra high tensile strength, it is 15 times

Kinetech PROTEKT thanks to the structure and

the Dyneema ® cage prevents the fabric from

the best materials for ventilation comfort and

aerodynamics and on the specific area of the

rider’s shoulders it protects you with PROTEKT a

Kinetech fabric which contains dyneema fibers a

bib short. Each cyclist knows the impact area incase of

crashing. With this bib that area is protected through

Kinetech PROTEKT, a fabric which retains all the

performance properties of Kinetech and the abrasion

and tear resistance capacity of Dyneema ® yarn, a fiber

that is 15 times stronger than steel.

Another Kinetch smooth and silky touch fabric is used

shoulder and front panel, wraps the body as a

second skin with a very special softness. A super

That this bibshort improves the performance

is not our opinion but the result of hundreds of

tests in the wind tunnel. Fast Bib Shorts uses a

specific fabric from the Kinetech ® DRAGZERO

range which thanks to its structure helps to

reduce the drag coefficient.

Beside the highest technology available in

fabrics, we have used the highest technologies

in assembling it, such as ultrasonic bonding

instead of stitching and bonded borders.

At legs’ hem a special fabric will surprise you

further: a silicone-free thin band which is soft

like silk but grips like rubber.

The peculiarity of this bib short is the complex

graded fabric, providing diverse degrees of

compression into different areas of the leg. This

silk-like stretch-woven fabric gives a modulated

muscle support and has an edge at legs’ hem

specifically studied to be gripping and stable on

are made of lightweight soft microfiber with

polyamide with elastane, the touch of this

fabric is particularly soft and comfortable, it

guarantees a high UV protection from sunshine.

It is technical tee shirt essential, but precious

for the fabrics used. The central body is made

Randonnée 2.0 è l'evoluzione del fondello di grandissimo

successo e gradimento Randonné. Un fondello studiato

specificatamente per uscite molto lunghe, dove all’utilizzo

delle spugne reticolate ad alta densità è stata aggiunta

una preformatura più curva e profonda.

Offre il massimo del supporto in tutte e tre le posizioni

classiche della pedalata: descending, climbing e racing.

Nell'assemblaggio sono stati usati materiali più morbidi e

flessibili senza nulla sacrificare nel supporto, il risultato è

un fondello che si adatta perfettamente ai movimenti e alle

posizioni del ciclista, sostenendo il suo corpo e isolandolo

dalle pressioni della sella fino ad uscite di anche 10 ore.

Randonnée 2.0 oltre a darti comfort, anatomia, igiene, usa

anche una microfibra di copertura ottenuta dal riciclo di

materiali, quindi ecologico. Mantiene il corpo del ciclista

asciutto per le proprietà di asciugatura rapida e al tatto ha

grande morbidezza evitando al ciclista problematiche di

rossore da frizione.

The upgrade of this pad is only on the top material, as

Granfondo was a pad that nearly 100 % of the riders found

amazing in all points: protection, support, anatomy,

softness, flexibility and elasticity.

The padding is manufactured by progressive cutting of a

high-density reticulated foam, with different thicknesses

based on body weight and pressure points, to ensure

maximum support to all points of contact with the saddle.

Besides providing support, the foam also ensures flexibility

and softness, so that the pad never feels heavy or bulky.

This pad combines hygiene, comfort and anatomical

shaping.

The new top fabric used is an eco fabric obtained from

La versione 2.0 del nostro fondello Granfondo

fondamentalmente un aggiornamento nella direzione

dell'ecosostenibilità del tessuto di copertura. Parliamo di un

fondello che la quasi totalità dei ciclista trovava eccezionale

in tutte le caratteristiche che un fondello deve garantire:

protezione, supporto, anatomia, flessibilità, morbidezza ed

elasticità. L'imbottitura viene ottenuta partendo da un

sistema di taglio progressivo di una schiuma reticolata ad

altissima densità, modulando lo spessore in base al peso e

alla pressione dei vari punti di contatto e garantendo il

massimo supporto su tutti i punti di appoggio tra corpo e

sella. Tali spugne non solo danno supporto ma garantiscono

anche traspirabilità e morbidezza, per un fondello che non

risulta mai invadente e pesante.

Questo fondello accosta ora a tutte queste tecnicità anche

il valore della sostenibilità grazie all'inserimento di un

tessuto ottenuto da materiali di riciclo, sempre garantendo

le fondamentali caratteristiche di asciugatura rapida e

copertura in tessuto riciclato si usano colle di spessore

infinitesimale e il tutto viene preformato dando l'anatomia

del corpo. Il risultato è un fondello protettivo tenace nella

resistenza opposta a peso e pressione pur restando

morbido e accogliente per il corpo che protegge dalla

sella con morbidezza ed elasticità. Da qui la nostra

indicazione All Terrain in quanto questo fondello si presta

per tutti i percorsi anche quelli più sassosi e irregolari del

remains one of the most beloved pads among our riders. It

is a new version of our 2,6 pad with high density foams

which ensure efficient support and a very comfortable fit

also for long rides and after hundreds and hundreds of use

outer top layer an eco elastic microfiber obtained from

recycling. The hydrophilic properties of the components

ensure excellent breathability and quick moisture wicking,

nostri ciclisti. E' un aggiornamento del nostro 2,6 ideato

tutto questo e all’elasticità dei materiali utilizzati ha

un'ottima vestibilità e rimane solido nel supporto anche

dopo centinaia di utilizzi e lavaggi. Anche in questo caso

abbiamo utilizzato per la parte esterna una microfibra eco

ottenuta dal riciclo, con qualità idrofile che consentono

un’eccellente traspirabilità e una rapida dissipazione

dell’umidità con una conseguente sensazione di
