A message from our
Executive Director
What a wonderful journey we had in 2023! G.O.O.D. for Girls
accomplished everything we set out to do and even overcame
some unforeseen challenges, but through it all we managed to
continue to fulfill the vision of mentoring young girls into
confident young women.
It is imperative that we expose our girls to as many opportunities
as possible to help them reach their destiny of success. Getting
them to understand a good leader is not determined by how many
“followers” they have, and having a dream or idea of what they
want to be is the first step to creating a plan to get there. This is
what a growth mindset looks like.
As part of the strategic plan, G.O.O.D. for Girls is making strides in
developing strong community partnerships to benefit the girls and
GfG as an organization.
We want to thank all of the stakeholders and donors for a
successful 2023 and look forward to a more impactful 2024.
Peace and blessings,
Lori Stephens, Founder/Executive Director
