glue down, solid core clic and the fantastic softec hybrid clic 

construction. 

Made with virgin material, 100% recyclable, phthalate free, and 

the commercial top layer Matecta. Both click options are acoustic 

thanks to the attached IXPE or cork backing.

Edge modular is a vinyl floor covering that is glued directly to the subfloor. Among 

other things, it can also be used for rooms with hot water underfloor heating.

Edge modular flooring offers a wide range of authentic wood surfaces in plank 

format and various stone surfaces in the form of extra large tiles. Our surfaces have 

a high wear layer and are treated with Matecta® surface protection, which gives 

them extra durability. 

The special feature of edge modular is its super-flexible vinyl fabric with elastic 

properties. This makes the flooring easy to handle and install, as well as providing a 

comfortable walking and standing surface. 

Since the vinyl floor is firmly glued down, it is also suitable for areas with higher 

demands, such as commercial spaces or heavily frequented areas in residential 

buildings, but of course the floor can also be installed very well in private areas. 

Another advantage of edge modular is its low installation height, which means that 

the flooring takes up very little room height and can therefore also be used in rooms 

with limited ceiling height. 

Edge modular is made from recyclable materials and is therefore recyclable. It 

therefore contributes to sustainability and can be recycled at the end of its life.

Edge solidcore vinyl flooring is a high-quality design floor that offers a combination of decorative and 

wear layer. During production, the decorative layer is pressed together with the wear layer onto the 

core board. This creates a robust and durable floor covering. A special feature of edge solidcore vinyl 

flooring is the high-quality impact sound underlay. This provides effective sound insulation and reduces 

impact noise by 20 decibels (dm). This is particularly practical in homes or offices where noise needs 

to be reduced.

The patented DropDown click system convinces with 

simple angle mechanics, where the planks are quickly, 

cleanly and easily into each other. 

The floor covering is characterised by a low installation height, which means that it is relatively flat and 

takes up little space. This is advantageous if, for example, a door needs to be closed over the floor. 

There are two different click variants to install: “Drop Down” and “L2C”. These click systems make 

installation easier and allow for a simple and secure connection of the individual floor elements. 

The wood surfaces are authentic and come from real wood. This gives the floor a more natural look and 

a warm atmosphere. For lovers of stone and concrete looks, edge solidcore vinyl flooring also offers 

XL-tiles with a tactile feel. This replica creates the impression of real stone or concrete and gives the 

room a modern and stylish ambience. 

Another advantage is its water resistance. It can 

withstand moisture without being damaged, 

making it ideal for damp rooms such as bathrooms 

or kitchens. The flooring is highly resilient and can 

withstand heavy traffic and furniture weight 

without looking worn.

Edge softec is an innovative hybrid design floor that is equipped with a special compact 

carrier board that provides exceptional stability. This makes the flooring particularly 

durable and resistant to loads.

The patented L2C click system convinces with its simple 

angle mechanism, which allows the planks to be quickly, 

cleanly and easily into one another. 

The flooring offers a variety of authentic and stylish wood and stone decors with a 

Synchronous embossing that gives the flooring a realistic look and texture. It is able to 

meet a variety of design requirements and create an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. 

With a wear layer of 0.5 mm, edge softec flooring meets high demands and is suitable for 

high-traffic areas where high durability is required. At the same time, the 1.5 mm thick vinyl 

overlay provides comfort that is easy on the joints and a surface that is warm to the feet, 

which is particularly pleasant when walking. 

The floor covering is also known for its noise reduction. Thanks to the 1 mm thick impact 

sound insulation made of cork, walking noises are effectively dampened, creating a quiet 

and low-noise environment. 

The installation of edge softec flooring is simple and quick thanks to the L2C click 

connection. This allows for a hassle-free installation without the need for additional 

adhesive. This means that the floor covering can also be installed without professional 

help.
