Hello,<br />
It is such a privilege to welcome you to the 2023 Rothesay International<br />
<strong>Eastbourne</strong> tennis tournament here at Devonshire Park where the pre-<br />
Wimbledon tournament has been taking place since the 1970s.<br />
We are immensely proud to have hosted some of the world’s greatest tennis<br />
players on our courts over the years and love welcoming thousands of spectators<br />
every year to enjoy our world class facilities and witness some incredible tennis<br />
talent.<br />
We highly value the partnership we have with the Lawn Tennis Association, and<br />
this year we are pleased to welcome Rebecca James as our new Tournament<br />
Director. To put on such a significant event takes incredible team work, and<br />
I would also like to mention our remarkable Events and Grounds Teams at<br />
<strong>Eastbourne</strong> Borough Council who have worked so hard to make the event a<br />
roaring success.<br />
I do hope the sun shines and that you have a wonderful and memorable day with<br />
