Mission, which serves the Assiniboine and Gros
Ventre Native Americans, since
1970. Today, your donation
will help the mission with its
operating costs and support a
priest’s travel to the Fort Belknap
Reservation. This faith community
is looking to offer a consistent
sacramental and catechetical
presence to its people.
Your donation will support a poor faith community
in need this Lent and help keep the presence of the

LEXINGTON KENTUCKY
Deacon Jim Bennett and his
wife, Dorothy “Dot” Bennett, built
Centro de San Juan Diego in 2021
to serve as a place that the more
than 10,000 Hispanic immigrants
of eastern Kentucky could call
home. The building includes a
chapel for Mass and Bible study,
as well as classrooms for ESL
learning and a medical clinic. Your donation will go
toward the center’s operational costs. Photo taken

KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN
Your donation will support the ministry of
Catholic sisters serving
the thousands of
migrant farmworkers
who come to Michigan
each summer on worker
visas. The sisters make
frequent camp visits,
leading faith formation
for the workers and their
families. Through this ministry, the sisters
provide migrant families with the Church’s
care and support.

Your donation will help Father
Arokia Dass David travel 45 miles
on mountain roads each week
to San Rafael Catholic Mission.
Located in a mountainous region
of central Utah, this mission
established in 1977 serves mostly
miners and farmworkers. Catholic
Extension Society first supported
this faith community 35 years ago, helping to build its
present church.
SALINA KANSAS
The Diocese of Salina, Kansas, spans
over 26,000 square miles of rural
Kansas farmland. Currently, there
are 50 priests serving 86 parishes in
31 counties. Forty percent of those
diocesan priests will reach retirement
age in the next 10 years. Your
donation will support the education
of 10 seminarians who are a source of
great hope and promise for the next generation.

at Florida State University. The
Catholic Student Union enriches
the faith of young adults and
prepares them to carry their faith
into their post-college lives and
careers. Additionally, the Diocese

many of its new priestly and religious vocations.
