her latest track ‘Bad
About It’. This song boast
funky R&B production
accompanied by soulful
harmonies and addictive
melodies performed by the
‘indie boy back’ singer.
Teaming up once again
with producer @reyamusiic,
Swancott has once again
shown her versatility as
an artist, whilst
never failing to
demonstrate her
craft as a vocalist.
This song feels
as though it’s the
by product of a
renaissance in
ones personal life.
Swancott sings
about “finding
her glow” after
overcoming a
breakup. ‘Bad about it’ is
an anthem for everyone
who has re-ignited their
flare after feeling as though
you lost self worth in a past
relationship.
Debuting the track prior
to its release on stage
at Cheltenham’s Frog &
Fiddle, it’s evident how
Swancott has found her
stride as a performer.
Showcasing her ability to
command the stage with
a setlist comprised of
original music is no small
feat for an up-and coming
solo act. Sam’s growing
ability to captivate and
engage with a crowd of
onlookers is a testament to
her star power.
This is Swancott’s 5th
solo release, excluding
collaboration with
Wiltshire based duo Kairo
