Tuning Multi-Dongle for Harley-Davidson and 

Indian 

This Diag4Tune Multi-dongle can be used to perform a 

professional tuning on a Harley-Davidson or Indian engines. 

The required Diag4Tune software is included in the Diag4Bike 

Diagnostics Software CCE#653747! The Diag4Bike Multi-dongle 

is a very fast flash tuning device for EFI Harley-Davidson or Indian 

Motorcycles. You can tune all fuel injected 06-23 Harley-Davidson 

motorcycles with the Delphi ECM or Indian motorcycles (except 

Challenger and FTR) until 2021. The first step of tuning is to save 

the original calibration to the server. This will always give the 

possibility to return the motorcycle to its original calibration. 

After that is necessary just select the desired calibration from the 

DIAG4TUNE database in relation to the motorcycle configuration 

(open exhaust / open intake / cams...) and simply save it to the 

motorcycle. You can also create a 100% perfect tune yourself 

for any type of motorcycle configuration, using the Diag4Tune 

AFR Tuning Monitor CCE#619084 and the Smart Power Bench 

II CCE#888128 or any other Power Bench. A Road test is also 

supported. Diag4Bike software version V21.1 and higher is 

required to use the Diag4Tune software with the Multi-Dongle. 

Note: One tuning license must be purchased per tuned 

motorcycle via the Diag4Tune software. The multi-dongle 

is used unlimited times and is needed as a key to establish 

communication to the motorcycle through the Diag4Tune

Once installed, the Auto Tune kit monitors the fuel mixture (by 

installing the included Wide Band O2 sensor in the exhaust). It then 

sends this information to the Power Commander V and automatically 

corrects it while you ride. Each map that we offer has preset Air/Fuel 

ratio values included that we find to be the best overall settings. This 

lets you simply plug in the unit and let it do the work. For Harley 

Davidson models we ever monitor and adjust each cylinder individually 

for increased precision as on these models required fueling can vary 

significantly between the front and rear cylinder.

Stock Replacement O2 Sensors 

• FEULING® oxygen sensors are precision made consisting of a ceramic body made of stabilized zirconium dioxide, surface coated 

with gas-permeable platinum electrodes and a porous ceramic to aid the prevention of erosion due to contamination and 

particulates in the exhaust gases. 

• An oxygen sensor or commonly called 02 sensor is a device which determines the oxygen content of the exhaust gas by producing 

a voltage proportional to the amount of oxygen in the exhaust versus the air. 

• Oxygen sensors can fail when the sensors ceramic element is exposed to certain types of contaminates such as silicone compounds 

or even an oil-burning engine can easily foul a sensor. Small amounts of contamination in the gasoline or over-the-counter fuel 

additives, which are not oxygen sensor safe, can also kill an oxygen sensor. 

• Failures can occur instantaneously at the time the contaminant contacts the 02 sensor, causing a dead sensor, or gradually over a 

period of time. Gradual deterioration results in a slow sensor which does not react as quickly as it should. Slow oxygen sensors can 

cause a drop in fuel economy of 10-15%, excessive exhaust emissions and poor drivability. Unfortunately, the symptoms of a slow 

oxygen sensor are not always obvious to the rider unless a major decline in fuel economy is noticed or drivability problems occur. 

• Life expectancy of an average oxygen sensor in a properly tuned engine is typical 30,000 - 50,000 miles

Carburetors and Kits 

Improve starting, rideability, power and torque. The adjustable 

accelerator pump and smoothbore design combine to give a big 

increase in air flow over the earlier ‘HS40’ for excellent throttle response 

in any riding situation. Other features include a two-piece throttle slide 

that rolls on stainless roller bearings, a lighter throttle return spring, a 

low-speed air screw, and an enlarged needle valve and float bowl. All 

kits are specifically designed for each application.
