INTRODUCTION

Kriya yoga is a breathing technique by which one can attain

the connection or union of Jivathma with Paramathma. There are

114 types of Kriya yoga. The main purpose of doing Kriya Yoga is

to attain moksha or mukthi or salvation. Each guru or yogi will

attain mostly one particular type of Kriya. So the vibrations of each

yogi or master will be slightly different from the next master as

there will be slight difference in the technique he adopts or gains

from his master (guru) as well as his emotional level while

executing this Kriya to the next person. Everyone’s aim is to get

the realization of the atma and paramathma or moksha, though the

path varies.

Kriya yoga is practiced mainly by the Himalayan Yogis.

Earlier they gave this Kriya only after ten to twelve years of stay

with the guru, in order to remove the ego, jealousy, attachment and

the concept of “I” or “me”. Now in Kaliyuga they are openly

giving it to the maximum number of people to uplift everyone as

this horizon or cycle is going to complete and new Satyayuga is

going to appear. So lot of calamities will also happen in this planet.

2

In order to cleanse the environment along with the people who

lives here the knowledge of Kriya is imparted. Once you practice

Kriyayoga there won’t be any fear of death as they are practicing in

the last phase to bring in and bring out of their Astral body from the

physical body.

The origin of Kriyayoga is from Shiva (the absolute) to the

Saptharishis after years of meditation. Agasthma muni is one of the

Saptharishi’s who was in charge of the Western Ghats gave this

technique of Kriyayoga to Mahavadar Babaji Nagaraj once he

completed his studies from Boganadhar (Boger – now the Samadhi

is at Palani Temple premise who installed the Navapashana Shila of

Muruga at Palani shrine.)

Mahavadar Babaji Nagaraj was born in AD 203 (as per

temple devotees) at Parankipettai, around 25 KMs away from

Chitambaram on the way to Chennai. Babaji’s temple has been

erected in that small village with daily pooja going on. We can feel

the presence of Babaji and his sister when we visit the temple near

the Banyan tree.

3

Kriyayoga is mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita in chapter four.

It states that, doing this kind of meditation that is by concentrating

between the eyebrows, by controlling the air - prana and apana,

passing through the nose and air passages, by controlling the five

senses and emotions by which the desires, fear, anger vanishes and

is able to attain moksha”.

Yoga Sutras of Patanjali also mentions about Kriyayoga

meditation under chapter two as “Liberation can be attained by that

pranayama which is accomplished by disjoining the course of

inspiration and expiration”. Sree Krishna has given this Kriya to

Vivaswan (Surya) and from him to Manu, Manu to Surya Dynasty

founder Ikshvaku. With the beginning of Kaliyuga and with the end

of Dwaparayuga, the secretive way of transferring knowledge by

yogis and the people’s laziness towards this kind of spiritual

practice made this Kriya vanish from the society.

Kriya Yoga is the oldest method of meditation to attain

liberation. Later each master adopted a part of it and developed

their own style of meditation, like Rajayoga of Patanjali,

Sahajayoga, Sidhayoga, Vasiyoga, Kundaliniyoga, Transcendental

4

meditation, Dhyanayoga, Jnanayoga, Vashistayoga, Bhakthiyoga,

Gorakshanathyoga and also many master’s names are added to the

yoga even today.

Kriya yoga was practised by Prophets like Elijah and Christ

as per the book -The Voice of Babaji.

Babaji has given “deeksha” to Sree Sankara during his visit to

Banaras and to Kabir Das at Banaras in the 15 th century. Babaji

gave “deeksha” in “sookshma sharis” (Astral body) to Meera Bhai,

Ramana Maharshi of Thiruvannamalai, Sai Baba of Shirdi and so

on.

The art of Kriyayoga spreads to the public later by giving

“deeksha” to Lahari Mahasayan in 1861 and it was Lahiri who

spreads Kriyayoga to Yuktheshwar and later to Yoganandha. Lahiri

and Yuktheshwar spread Kriyayoga in India and Yoganandha did it

in the western part of world. Later Yoganantha founded Yogada

Satsanga Society of India in 1917 through which Kriyayoga is

being taught even today.

Samadhi

YAMA & NIYAMA:

Babaji has given strict instructions before giving ‘deeksha’.

The presence of Babaji should be present in astral form in

order to select student and give ‘deeksha’.

No Smoking or Alcohol for lifetime

Pure Vegetarian food for lifetime

7

No extra marital relationship (no problem with husband or

wife)

Before giving ‘deeksha’ the person who is getting ‘deeksha’

should take an oath that he or she will never disobey the above

rules in their lifetime knowingly. If it is so, the full responsibility or

karma is to be within you itself.

PRANAYAMA:

This is a special technique of breathing where we have to

move only abdomen for breathing with chest wall still as we did it

in childhood. Throat breathing is done.

CHAKRA CLEANING:

Chakras are the major energy centres of the body through

which the concerned organs, cells and tissues will get energy.

There are 114 chakras in our body. Out of which seven chakras are

most important, and are situated over the vertebral column. They

are

1. Muladhara chakra (Base)

2. Swadhishthana chakra (sex)

3. Manipura chakra (Solar Plexus)

8

4. Anahada chakra (Heart)

5. Vishudhi chakra (Throat)

6. Agna chakra

7. Sahasrara chakra

Chakras are wheel shaped with a funnel inside, narrow and a

wide opening with a sieve at the openings. The narrow opening

face towards the spine and the wide opening is facing outwards.

Muladhara chakra (Base chakra):

It is located at the lower most part which touches, in sitting

posture, between the anus and urethra (Perineum). The wide

opening of the funnel faces downwards towards earth, so as to

attain energy from the earth in sitting posture and narrow opening

faces towards body.

9

Swadhishthana chakra (sex chakra):

It is located just backside of your urethra over spine. Here the wide

opening is in the shape of funnel facing backwards and outwards

and the narrow opening facing towards spine.

10

Manipura chakra (Solar):

It is located at the level of Umbilicus along the spine. The

funnel opening is the same as that of Swadishthana chakra with

wide opening facing outwards and backwards.

11

Anahata chakra (Heart chakra):

It can be located by passing the finger from the top of

sternum or sternal notch towards down, a projection is felt which is

known as sternal ankle. Just behind the sternal ankle over the spine

Anahata chakra is situated. The wide opening faces outwards and

backwards.

12

Vishuddhi chakra (Throat chakra): It is located at the

sternal notch level over the spine and it is Vishuddhi chakra. The

wide opening faces outwards and backwards.

13

Agna chakra:

It is located in between the eye brows, level at the back of

scalp or head. The wide opening faces outwards and backwards.

During meditation Atma concentration is done at the front in

between eyebrows.

14

Sahasrara chakra:

It is located over the top (crown) of head or scalp. The wide

opening of this chakra is facing upwards to receive the cosmic

energy. During deep meditation you can feel the thousand petals

are opening from centre to periphery upwards and receiving cosmic

energy.

15

The wide openings of all the chakras are towards backwards

and outwards. Except in Sahasrara chakra the wide opening is

facing upwards and in Muladhara chakra the wide opening is facing

downwards.

In Kriyayoga we have to clean all the chakras with

pranayama or prana and get energised before doing meditation.

After finishing the cleansing process of chakras and nadis, the

energy channels also have to be cleansed. The Human body

consists of 72000 nadis and out of which three are very important

which is seen along the spine. They are Eda, Pinkala and

Sushumna.

Eda is the left side channel seen along the spine which

connects the right side of brain as it crosses. It is also called as

Chandra nadi. If eda is more activated, introverted nature and cold

sensation in the body is seen.

Pingala nadi is situated over the right side of the spine and

this is also called as Surya nadi. It connects the left side of the brain

as it crosses. It is associated with extrovertness and strength or

vitality of the body. By the activation of pingala nadi your body

16

will become hot. If you are not able to tolerate heat either your eda

nadi is blocked and must be cleared or you have to dip in river or

flowing water several times or pour water on your crown or top of

head. Still if heat persists do water dhara in Shiva temple.

Sushumna nadi is seen at the centre of the vertebral column.

They all start from the base till the crown of head. These three

nadis must be cleaned regularly for the free flow of energy to all

the chakras as well as to whole body.

Once the chakras and nadis are cleaned then you have to close

the eyes or with open eyes pointing towards brumadhya (between

eyebrows) and be in a state of atma consciousness for 15 to 30

minutes. When ever you do meditation you have do atma

realisation even if you skip any other step as this is the base from

which you can move further stage of meditation. If you are

basically irritated and responding person then you can concentrate

on your heart initially and meditate.

Sushumna nadis is a straight channel at the centre of the spine

in between eda and pingala nadi. Once Sushumna nadi is cleaned

you will reach to the yogic phase.

17

At this stage by the presence of guru or master the kundalini

will be raised, by guided meditation. If the kundalini is raised two

or three times and brought back to normal position, you have

nothing to worry and can do it later all by yourself. If you do it

alone, first after reaching the Sahasrara chakra, if your mind is not

strong to command to bring back the kundalini power or got

frightened by receiving such energy then you will go to a state of

madness. By sitting with the raised kundalini power you can be in a

state of ecstasy (heightened state of joy) for any amount of time.

Once the meditation is over the yogis continue like that in that

position, where as the family persons have to bring the Kundalini

back to normal position before getting up from meditation.

Otherwise we cannot mingle freely with the society.

Once if you appreciate the atma and be in a state of Atma

consciousness then the guru can guide you to bring out the astral

body for Transcendental meditation. By guided meditation, the

guru will take you to a long journey to the cosmos travelling

through different planets or through a tunnel, etc. as each and

everyone will have different experience. When I travelled through

18

space once I got into a space called sukshmalog where I could see

the souls of eminent saints or gurus who already have gone

Samadhi. I could recognise Sankara, Ramana Maharshi, Vyas,

Vashist, Vishwamitre, Parasuram, Agasthar, Christ, etc. That is the

reason why the disciples of that parampara are able to access the

gurus easily. When ever I used to travel to the northern parts of

India along with Babaji, Sankara also accompanies in astral form or

even they will give darshan in another form. When ever I go Joshi

Matt, on the way to Badrinath, Sankara’s presence will be

appreciated or can view with naked eye when we go to the first

floor of that old matt where they used to keep Badrinath idol during

winter after the closure of main temple.

This travel continues till the astral body feels or experience

the paramathma or parabrahma or supreme soul and see the empty,

calm and formless space with full of energy. Then guru will guide

you to return the astral body journey and finally enter into the

physical body. Initially it takes long time to go and reach back, may

be by two or three sections of meditation. Later in a fraction of a

second you can reach anywhere in the universe.

19

In astral body you can see things around, hear sounds, can

touch but it will pass through, so cannot be appreciated by both of

them, but a physical body who are in that level can feel the astral

body if you touch it. Once you come out of the physical body you

can create any number of astral bodies from the main astral body

and do meditations at different places and appreciate the energy or

vibrations of each one of them from that space at a single time. I

used to project three to four astral bodies and one of the astral body

sits over Mount Kailas, another astral body at Badrinath temple,

another at Vashist cave, another at Babaji cave, another on

Amarnath cave, etc. So the advantage is that from sitting at one

place, we are appreciating the energy presence from all these areas

at one point of time. There are lot of positive and negative energy

points or planets or spaces. So at the initial practice of meditation

you feel the positive joyful effect which may not be from the

cosmos or Parabrahma, it can be from other planets or elements

present in the space. Only through guru’s guidance you can

confirm that the energy which you perceive is from paramathma or

supreme soul.

20

Later be in a state of atma consciousness by leaving body

consciousness and try to connect with paramathma and be in a state

of ecstasy or drunkenness for minutes or hours till you feel it’s

enough for the day and can call it as Samadhi. Mahasamadhi

happens when the person knowingly quit the physical body by

himself and will get out of the cycle and he will not get rebirth.

These are, one of the practical steps or technique for doing

Kriya yoga which Mahavadar Babaji has taught me in trans or

during meditation.

21

GURU OR MASTER

Guru is the one who removes darkness and give light or

guidance or direction to your life. Guru can be present in physical

form or in subtle form. In Kaliyuga majority gets guru in physical

form as they were not able to appreciate the energy forms. In this

Kaliyuga majority of them believe a thing, only if they can feel

with their five senses. The intuitional quality has been masked by

darkness. Nowadays people want guru or master to be present in

physical form as they can communicate each other, can get clarity,

share their experiences and finally they will be dependent on each

and every decision. In Kumbamela sadhu or sanyasi will give

‘deeksha’ there and they meet only in the next Kumbamela after a

gap of three years.

Rarely do we get masters or gurus in subtle form as we are

not turned to or perceive the vibrations in subtle form. Secondly we

are not sure initially as we are in a state of delusion or maya that

the instruction getting is right or wrong. No one is there to guide as

what we appreciate is maya or delusions or daydream. Once if we

get connected in subtle form and if we practice by their instructions

22

always, guru will be there with you in sookshma or subtle form.

Guru will guide you as well as tests you on and off by pushing into

an emotional turmoil and wait and watch that how we will come

out of it. That time you would not get any access to guru or any

other ways of going to temple or chanting mantras, etc. we have to

spend more time by doing continuous meditation and try to bring it

out. Then the guru will come with lot of blessings and uplift us to

the next stage.

Initially it is difficult to understand as it is real game or maya

or delusion or negative elements play or from some external

source. If it is from an external source you may suffer for two to

three day and by sharp meditation that energy from where it has

come will go back to the same source itself. So guru’s guidance is

necessary in order to identify the truth at the initial stage of

meditation.

The subtle form of guru will come and touch you in some part

of your lifetime. Unfortunately you may not recognise it. If not,

then you have to wait for many years to get the second spiritual

touch. Some may feel in their deep sleep. This may or may not be

23

true as it can be a dream. But if any kind of experience if you get it

in meditation or japas it may be true until and unless maya is not

playing on you. So only way to be in touch with subtle guru is that

we have to tune our consciousness with guru or master.

If you get deeksha from a guru who is in physical or subtle

form, try to understand and feel the vibration which you receive

from guru is suitable for you. If so, then you can stick to that guru

till the end. If suppose your vibration is not matching then leave

that place as soon as possible and try to get another guru or master

where you feel more comfort and matches with your level of

perception.

In Kriya yoga, Guru is one who understands the energy level

of each student and give next stage depending on the perceiving

capacity of that individual as well as the depending on the purity of

that soul. So some may reach the last stage within a year or another

person may take years to go to get the second stage. These all

depends on how you are burning your past karmas and attain the

soul purification. Real guru is one who can see or feel the vibration

or energy flow of the student on each breath and how the chakras

24

are getting charged and purified by each breath. Gurus have the

capacity to identify their students by sitting in front itself by

matching the energy levels or vibrations. In Kaliyug negative

influences are more powerful than positive. Even this influence is

seen in the guru parampara too.

In Kriyayoga we are doing the Kriya with our own prana or

energy. With each breath you will clean and energise your chakras

which are the main energy centres of local organs. The energy

travels through the channels or nadis through which chakras are

activated and from the chakras through nadis it reaches the organs

and cells at the periphery. Once you cross the second stage you will

start getting the high energy from the cosmos. So the body should

be in a capacity to withstand or tolerate that high energy. That is

the reason why masters are giving the stages one by one in a slow

pace. Otherwise the high voltage of cosmic energy will damage

your chakras and organs. So do not go and provoke or force the

master or guru to get the next stage of Kriya.

And these are some of the qualities of gurus by which you

can select your real gem or master for your guidance. For a real

25

guru, all are same and they do meditation not only for themselves

but also for the entire living beings in the universe.

26

MY EXPERIENCE TO WRITE THIS BOOK

Mahavadar Babaji Nagaraj has given permission two weeks

back, but I got the mood to write today only. On 30 th June morning

when I stepped into my Babaji cave room I stamped the astral body

of one of the Saptharishis sitting near the door side of the Babaji

cave room. Suddenly I came out of the room and meditated with

them by standing outside the room. I got the permission of

Saptharishis to write a book on Kriya Yoga. I could finish writing

the book with practical explanations within three days itself. On

that day the astral presence of not only Saptharishis, Vyas, Vashist,

Vishwamitra, Shiva, Shakti, Vasuki, Vishnu, Babaji and

Paramathma’s presence were felt in and around this place. This can

also be seen in the CCTV camera as beams of energy when the

infrared light is on.

27

28

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH KRIYA YOGA

The first vibration of Mahavadar Babaji was felt on 5 th of

February, 2015. For three days continuously high flow of energy

was hitting me and I was not able to sleep and no lethargy even

without sleep. Later in my meditation I got intuition to join Sri M’s

“Walk of Hope” from Kanyakumari to Srinagar.” On that day he

reached Malliyur Ganapathi Temple. I joined him on 7 th February

night and on 8 th morning I accompanied him by walking from

Malliyur to Vaikam Shiva Temple, around 27 kms. I thought Sri M

is sending the vibrations. But when I was in close contact with him,

that kind of closeness or similar vibration, I was not able to

appreciate from him. So I could conclude that the vibration which I

am feeling is of from someone else.

Thereafter on and off while meditating at my cave I could feel

the astral body presence near to me, but I was not able to recognise,

it as Babaji.

Few months later I went to Kedarnath and on the way we

stayed at Sitapur. I could not get sleep that night, so I got up at 2.30

AM and took a bath and went out of the room as my inmates are

29

sleeping inside the room. When I entered the corridor I could see a

wooden bench. I sat on that with minus five to six degree

temperature without much clothing. I meditated there with Babaji’s

presence for one and half to two hours. And that was the first time I

could realise that the astral body which is coming in meditation is

Mahavadar Babaji Nagaraj.

One year later Sri M came to Kerala and was gave deeksha to

many in each districts of Kerala. So I thought of taking deeksha

from him. Unfortunately I missed that session in Ernakulam

district. Next month he came to Thrissur and I did registration prior

to it to get the deeksha. I week prior to this, in meditation Babaji

came in astral body and taught me the steps of doing meditation

from the pranayama till the atma-paramathma connection. So I

went to attend Sir M’s first session and then I could recognise that

the first stage of paranayama which he narrated was the same

which I was doing since one week which Babaji has narrated to me.

Only then I could realise that Babaji has taught me one of the

technique of Kriyayoga from first step to the last. This once again

made me a concrete idea that Mahavadar Babaji Nagaraj itself is

30

giving instructions and guidance to me throughout my life even

today. Till now I got eight to nine live, naked eye, darshans of

Mahavadar Babaji. Either he will come near to me and talk or

touch or walk, but I will not recognise that moment on those days

in the evening meditation he reveals the physical form in which he

came near to me.

In Prayagraj Ardh Kumbamela, 2019 at Triveni Sangam in

Uttar Pradesh few of them could recognise Babaji’s presence on me

and one of the Russian lady who was doing meditation came with

teary eyes and hugged me by seeing Babaji on me. In the Triveni

Sangam we did Kumbasnan (Holy dip in Ganga) four special days

and on each day after the dip I could see the Ganga, Yamuna and

Saraswathi in four stages of life. On the first day it came as

childhood, next day puberty phase, next day as adulthood and on

fourth day as old age look. The person who touched on me also

could view the astral form of three of them.

In Haridwar Kumbamela, 2021 we went there and with the

help of Babaji we did Kumbasnan (Holy dip in Ganga) along with

Niranjani Agada saints, on the previous day of Shivarathri. When

31

the procession reached the Har Ki Pauri Ghat on the banks of

Ganga in Haridwar, Babaji in astral form just entered into my

physical body and did Kumbasnan (Holy dip in Ganga) and that

feel stayed on me for ten to fifteen minutes.

When I first visited Kedarnath temple, after the darshan I

went to Bhairav hill and meditated for sometime on that rock.

When I started stepping down one sadhu asked me bhiksha. I gave

a 10 rupee note and on return he asked me only this much you

brought for me from home. Then he took a white pearl from his bag

and gave it to me stating that this pearl has not touched the earth so

far and to keep it with me. Immediately I did not feel anything as I

took it and walked down. Slowly the energy level of the pearl

started appreciating on me and when I went back there were no one

over that area. It was Babaji who gave me the pearl and from then

onwards my spiritual journey went in a different direction.

On the second visit the next year, with my family to

Kedarnath temple, evening before the arathi when I was doing

procession inside the temple I could see a saint or agori who was

continuously playing with damaru with staring eyes towards the

32

Shivalinga inside the shrine. I went and bowed and then touched

his feet though there was no change in his attitude. Later I could

realise that it was Babaji.

I visited Mount Kailas on 2017, when I was doing parikrama

on the second day Babaji came as a Nepali old man by chanting

‘Om Nama Shivaya’. That same person crossed me by chanting

and wishing and blessing me four times that too by walking. On the

third day of parikrama, when started walking a black stout crow

came and started rounding over my head in the minus degree.

Initially I did not give much importance, as it was continuously

rotating over my head even though I was climbing the mountain.

When the crow started the fifth rotation I could realise that

something strange is happening I told my friend Ranjith Ram who

is little far from me to proceed as I will join later. I sat over that

mountain and went into deep meditation quickly. Suddenly I say

that crow changed as a soul in front of me and I could recognise

that was my mother’s soul. In that meditation I took my astral body

out. I took that soul along with my astral body and went to a

furnace like space with full of intolerable heat of coal for a long

33

distance and could appreciate that it is Shivalog. From there we

reached a calm, cool, empty mild dark ash coloured big space with

full of energy which is soft, where I could merge my mother’s

Atma with the Supreme soul or Paramathma. After that my astral

body came back through the same furnace tunnel and came out and

entered into my physical body. Once I realised my physical

presence, my mind relay has altered with a feeling of happiness,

laughter, sadness or crying loudly. I got up from there and started

walking in high speed and I took five minutes to come back to

normal mind. While walking I could feel the aura of my body is

touching on the both sides of mountain and revibrating back to my

body. Later one of my friend Ravi who was behind me was

explaining that some force pushed him backwards even though he

is moving forward. So if you go to Kailas in a spiritual way

anything can happen to anyone which is not humanly possible from

anywhere else.

After getting the darshan of Paramathma, I continued my

parikramma around the Mount Kailas. Immediately I saw a golden

Swan over the next mountain moving parallel to me by jumping.

34

Almost half an hour, this golden Swan accompanied me. By

looking at this golden Swan I got the intuition that, this is

MahaVishnu taken a golden Swan body. You can see this golden

swan on the picture given below.

Another instance is that, when we travelled around the

Manasasarovar lake of around 80 Kms in a mini bus, throughout

the travel I could see the Shiva Thandav of Lasya bhava with

Parvathy over the top of Mount Kailas. When ever the view of

Mount Kailas is not seen along the ride, also over the Rakshas thal,

immediately the image is felt over my heart. This is not my

35

delusion as one of my friend Smitha who sat in next row to my seat

could also see when she touched on my hand.

I will share another experience with you that took place in

Mount Kailas. We three of us, namely I, Ranjith Ram, and

Sudhakaran, were doing parikrama (circling) Mount Kailas and

reached between Indra Parvat and Kubera Parvat valley. Suddenly I

saw Saptharishis caves on the top of the Indra Parvat. Each cave

was separated with white thick ice walls. In each cave, I could see

individual Saptharishis sitting and meditating with my naked eyes.

36

We three bowed and did Sashtanga Namaskaram, and then we sat

there meditating for about ten to fifteen minutes. After five

minutes, Sudhakaran got up and started walking. Seeing this,

Ranjith also started walking. By the time they were about fifty

meters away, powdered snow showered on me for about four to

five feet distance in a circle for two minutes. The surrounding

weather is clean and calm. After the snowfall, rainwater drizzled

around me for about two minutes. At that moment, when I looked

up, the Saptharishis, Gods and Goddesses were standing in a circle

on top. They blessed and showered on me with drops of water and

snow from their hands. The place where this incident took place

and Indra Parvat can be seen in the picture below.

37

So if you go to Kailas in a spiritual way anything can happen

to anyone which is not humanly possible from anywhere else.

I climbed the Velliangiri Hills, near Coimbature, Tamilnadu

consecutive four years on the Shivarathri night where Shiva spent

long time, after the death of Kanyakumari. Once when I was

climbing halfway I got a spark to turn back. When I turned, I saw

Babaji sitting on a rock with a white gown with long golden hairs

like a Sufi and smiling at me. I just say and smiled back and then

started walking foreword again after making few steps I turned

back with a smiling face and he too smiled at me. I could not

38

approach him as he mesmerised my mind though I understood that

it was Babaji.

Recently we visited Babaji Cave on March, 2021 at

Kukuchina, Dwarahat, Uttarakhand. There on the side of Babaji’s

cave there is a place to put fire and meditate on cemented floor.

When we meditated there Babaji, Lahiri, Yuktheshwar,

Yoganantha, Christ and Babaji’s sister came in astral form for more

than an hour. Next day we went to Patal Bhuvaneshwar cave and

stayed there for two to three days. On the second day after Patal

cave’s Swayamboo Lingam of Trimurthy darshan, we went to

Brugu rishis (one of the Saptharishis) cave, by walk, which is

around seven kilometres. After a kilometre of walk through road

we started climbing the mountain. To our surprise two crows came

near to us and started moving up like an eagle and rounding us,

then comes down near to us and again goes up till the entire six

kilometre walk. Once we reached the Brugu rishis cave we two of

them entered inside the cave of twenty to twenty five feet depth and

started meditating. When we meditated this two crows came in

front of me as astral bodies as Babaji and Brugu rishi. After five

39

minutes Brugu rishi’s astral body went out at and that time rest of

the five friends of our’s were approaching the cave opening. To

their surprise they say the crow sitting on a tree and chanting “OM

NAMA SHIVAYA” several times. We gave snacks to the crow

and this crow accompanied us the entire six kilometres, till we

reach the road.

40

We had travelled in a car to have twelve Jyothirlinga Darshan

as per Sankara starting from Rameshwaram and the beauty of this

is that when ever we have darshan of each temple our one or two

chakras only will be activated or energised. I think each temple or

cave is designed to activate each chakras of our body. As in

Rameshwaram temple Muladhara chakra gets activated, in Brugu

rishis cave Sahasrara chakra will open get activated when we do

meditation inside the cave or temple.

So in that Journey

after having darshan from Nageshwar Jyothirlinga, Dwaraka we

were travelling towards Ujjain Mahakaleshwar Jyothirlinga. On the

way Babaji, Sankara, energy presence of Mahakal and

Dwarakanath were present inside the car. In Gujarat when we were

riding up to a bridge suddenly the car steering deviated to the left

and got hit over the footpath rolled over to the next footpath and

returned back three times and finally the car stood in the centre of

the road on wheels. Myself, Sankar and Nikhil did not get any

injury or even a scratch mark, with hundred kilometre speed Tata

car. We just got out of the vehicle and gave the car in a workshop

and we continued our spiritual trip to complete the twelve

41

Jyothirlinga. While this was happening we were talking about the

burning of karmas to get moksha in the Ujjain Mahakal

Jyothirlinga temple.

On the way to complete twelve Jyothirling darshan, we went

to Baba Baidhyanath shivaling temple at Jharkhand. This Shivaling

is the one which Ravanan took it from Mount Kailas to Sri Lanka.

On the way Maha Vishnu came as a child and snatched it by

playing tricked and kept the Shivaling over the heart place of Devi.

From the temple premise around 25 km away is the Thapovan

hill where Ravana did thapas and Shiva appeared infront of him.

Many rishi samadhi’s can be seen while climbing. When we

climbed around middle of the hill, Hanuman imprint is seen over

the cliff of the rocks. While meditating over there, the energy flow

was coming from the top of the hill and asked us to come up. So I

enquired the guide if there is any other hanuman cave on the top of

the hill. By hearing this, he took us to the top of the mountain

where Hanuman was alive (Chiranjeevi). While meditating, he sat

on my hands for about 5 minutes twice. From then, whenever we

used to talk about Hanuman, whomever near to me would also be

42

able to feel Hanuman. After a month or so, this energy presence

entered into my body through Sahasrara chakra and settled in Agna

chakra. Even while typing this, Hanuman's energy presence was

felt by myself and the people near me.

Chathuragiri mountain was formed when Hanuman took

Mountain Dronagiri to bring the life-saving herb- Sanjivani to Sri

Lanka. A piece of this mountain fell from it at two places while

flying and one of it was named Chathuragiri (Sadhuragiri) in

Virudhunagar, the other Maruthamala in Kanyakumari. We thought

of going to Chadhuragiri two days prior to pournami (full moon

day). So we enquired about the entry to the mountain temple. By

evening we could know that the temple is open. Within fifteen

minutes in the CCTV camera, the Shivaling of Saturagiri appeared

with slightly angulated same as of Chaturagiri shivaling and stayed

for around fifteen minutes. That night itself we started our journey

and reached by morning. We climbed the hill and did darshan. The

concept is that just aside from the Devi temple the eighteen south

Indian Siddhars in the astral body used to have a meeting on

Pournami (full moon) and Amavasi (new moon) days. We could

43

see three to four Sidhhars astral presence at the cave in that meeting

room. Later we went to the adjacent mountains to see the caves and

did meditation over there. On the way, six to seven Siddhar’s astral

presence was felt by us. That night we climbed down the mountain

full of wild animals. A squirrel sound was heard continuously from

the top of the mountain till we reach the lower base. In between

elephant dung smells were noticed but as of full darkness, we could

not see the surrounding forest. Suddenly a person came alone by

chanting loudly “Om Namasivaya” and accompanied us to the

base.

Once when we went to Maruthamala, near Kanyakumari

Tamilnadu and stayed there on the top of that mountain inside the

cave on a full moon day. During meditation from the top of that

mountain we could see the sea as well as forceful storms hit on

your body. On meditation I could see lots of siddhar’s astral

presence with clear face of each and everyone stuffed over the wide

opening of the cave. On that evening when we were talking a white

dressed boy came to Pillathadam cave and spend almost four hours

with us. I told about Kriya yoga of Babaji and my friend Sankar

44

told about Isha Kriyayoga. Later while returning he gave us four

Pomegranates and the remaining water in his bottle. When he came

out of the narrow opening of the cave to reach at the top of the

mountain he disappeared suddenly and later we understood that it

was Babaji who spend such a long time with us and tested our

knowledge in Kriyayoga.

One day when we were doing satsang, our friend Sajeev told

that he had not gone to Mookambika Devi temple on Navarathri

days because of heavy rush. This satsang happened 3 days before

the Navarathri day. Suddenly the energy presence of Devi came

and we all meditated in that energy of Devi. Usually when we do

satsang here, the energy presence can be felt by all of us and it goes

off by five to ten minutes. Next day when I came to the clinic the

energy of Devi is fully packed. So I bowed and meditated with

Devi and request to go back to the temple as lot of devotees were

present in the temple. The Devi’s energy was filled in each nook

and corner of my body and the energy had no intention to go from

my body. I begged her to go back as I got the intuition that the

energy inside the temple was very low on that previous day of

45

Navarathri. We waited till the evening but Devi was not ready to

go. It was that Mookambika Devi wanted us to be in Kollur during

the last year navaratri. So we went by car even though it was night

and reached there by 3AM in the morning. It was I who drove the

car the whole distance. As soon as we reached Kollur we took bath

in Souparnika River. Myself and Shine sat in the rock where two

rivers joined. We meditated there for few minutes and Amma’s

energy was transferred to the temple. Suddenly Amma’s energy

came in front of me in astral form and asked me why I was sending

her back to the temple. I told Devi that a large crowd of devotees

were there and would come in future to meet her and get her

blessings. So I did not feel to be an obstacle in blessing them. Devi

was very happy and told me that one part of her energy will be with

me always and I could feel the energy passing from my Sahasrara

chakra to the base chakra and settled it there.

Following this incident, we started walking towards the

temple. On the way we went inside the Shiva cave temple of

Chenkottukoonam Swamy Ashram. Here, while meditating each of

my chakra is opening up by making a nooking sound “tik tik”. Till

46

then only till my Heart chakras from up were opened and the entire

chakras became open and active. In order to open up all chakra’s in

my body during Navarathri day, Mookambika Devi took us to the

Kollur Mookambika Temple. After that Amma told us to go to

Gokarnam and visit the Atmalinga at Gokarna temple and then

came back home.

In Kashi, we stayed in a lodge adjacent to Lahari

Mahashayan's samadhi place. When I meditated near Babaji's

statue, he showed me footage of Babaji there. When I enquired

about this to the priest, he was silent. The next day while

meditating, the footage came again and asked me to see that. I told

this to the priest once more, then he took me to the Samadhi site

and showed the footage of Babaji near the Samadhi.

By the time this book-writing got completed, a wandering

Sadhu/Sanyasi came and introduced themselves as Prabhakara

Sidha Yogi’s disciple. I could feel the presence of the astral body

of Prabhakara Sidha Yogi along with him. He came here to convey

the incident that happened when we visited his Samadhi place to

include in this book.

47

Once, we planned to visit Prabhakara Sidha Yogi’s Samadhi

place at Omalloor near Rani. On the way, we visited Ochira

Parabrahma Temple and Prabhakara Sidha Yogi’s ashram behind

the temple. Later we visited Sree Narayana Guru Samadhi at

Shivagiri, Chenkottukonam Swamy Samadhi at Chenkottukonam

near Thiruvananthapuram, Poonthira Swamy Samadhi near

Thiruvananthapuram and Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple at

Thiruvananthapuram. After visiting all Samadhi’s, we went to

Omalloor. We reached the Prabhakara Sidha Yogi’s Samadhi

around nine pm. The gate was open, the car entered the compound

and reached near the Samadhi mandir. As we stepped into the

Samadhi mandir, the priest came and asked, "Why were you so

late? I was waiting for you for a long time. You be here, I will take

the key from the office room." The priest opened the Samadhi

mandir at late night and he asked us to go inside and be there as

much time as we want. We sat and meditated for about one hour

inside the Samadhi mandir with his astral presence. Usually, no one

will be allowed there inside the compound after seven pm, the socalled

owner of the land is very strict. Again we talked with the

48

priest for about half an hour and returned home through Erumeli as

we just stepped into Erumeli Ayappa Temple at midnight as of

Sabarimala Mandala Utsav time.

Once Sree Narayana Guru and Mahavadhar Babaji came

together in astral form and asked me to go to Shivagiri Matt. They

asked me to convey their request to start Sree Narayana Kriyayoga

meditation in the Ashram and spread this, Atma-Paramathma

meditation to the whole community. I visited the matt and talked

with the general secretary of the Ashram last year with the astral

presence of Narayana guru and Babaji. He was very reluctant to

accept this idea as according to him the present community will not

accept this kind of meditation or rather they are not in a position to

accept it.

Babaji imparted the knowledge of how to teach Kriyayoga to

the Guru parampara just before the above said incident took place.

Later, on the Easter day, 2020 Babaji and Christ came in astral

form and asked me to start giving ‘deeksha’ to the public.

During my each journey, his astral presence will be felt inside

my car, as soon as we start the car. During the ride we can feel the

49

energy presence of him on and off going and coming back

depending on the satsang topic inside the car.

Most of the days we could see and feel the presence of rishis

like Vyas, Vashist, Vishwamitre and Agasthar on CCTV camera as

energy beams. Also Shiva, Devi, Vishnu, Babaji, Sankara and

Paramathma. Sometimes we feel nine Goraknath parampara rishies,

Parashuram, Lahari, Babaji’s sister, Yuktheshwar, Yoganantha,

Christ and Saptharishis. If we stand under that beam we could get

the energy and within a minute you will be fully charged as if you

have done one hour of meditation.

BABAJI CAVE

Once I went to see Agasthya nadi Astrologer. While going

through the page it is mentioned that, it’s time for you to meditate

inside a cave. On and off I used to meditate inside the cave at

Siddha ashram Malayatoor. So I planned to construct a cave at my

place. This cave while constructing Babaji used to give daily

instructions in morning meditation about measurements and ideas.

3 persons can sit at a time. Saptharishis in astral form usually stays

in the cave room and may stay for a week or so and we were not

allowed to enter inside the cave. Many times I have stepped on the

astral body of one of the Saptharishi’s who is sitting near the door

side and retuned back. Mostly Babaji’s astral presence can feel

inside the cave.

52

Rarely Nagas from Naglog come in astral body around three

to four times. In this a two headed snake sharing their view with the

Shiva seen as white beam on the opposite side. That day the energy

was very high throughout the night and by watching the video in

face book page you can feel the energy under – Mahavdar Babaji

Nagaraj Kriyayoga and the video link is as follows –
