Pootsman / Boatswain<br />
Oh yes, there is a reason why Pühaste is one of the bestloved<br />
small breweries in Estonia! This easy-going lager<br />
(4.8%) has a perfect balance of flavours. The malty brioche<br />
and toasty biscuity flavours are in symbiosis with subtle<br />
hoppy bitterness. With a refreshing character and light<br />
taste, this unique beer goes especially well with roasted<br />
chicken, salmon, burgers, warm weather, and the sea.<br />
Must Kuld / Black Gold<br />
A very special beer for very special people, this rich porter<br />
(7.8%) is smooth thanks to its honey notes. In both the<br />
aroma and the taste, chocolate will come through first and<br />
foremost. Balancing this is a suggestion of delicate coffee,<br />
with a lovely hint of raspberry and blackcurrant. Perfect with<br />
roasted duck fillet, smoked pork ribs, and cheeses.<br />
