Chefs Unbridled

Some of Cleveland’s hottest chefs – Matt Anderson, Chris Hodgson, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Kuhn,

Matt Mytro, and Jonathon Sawyer will prepare a unique tasting dinner under a beautifully decorated tent

on the grounds of the prestigious Chagrin Valley Hunt Club Polo Field. Backdropped with the sounds of

the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, the evening will also include carriage rides throughout the Gates Mills Village

narrated by historic storyteller Dan Ruminski, as well as a silent auction and a cash raffle.

WKYC’s Robin Swoboda will serve as Master of Ceremonies.

Chefs Unbridled is Fieldstone Farm Therapeutic Riding Center’s primary annual benefit event

to raise funds for the riding program for people with special needs.

Our 2nd Annual Chefs Unbridled promises to be an evening of unparalleled food and

Matt Anderson – Umami

By way of New England, Chef Matt Anderson is a former instructor at ICASI and Executive Chef of

Sapor and is known for bringing unique, bold, savory flavors to an ever changing seasonal menu.

Chris Hodgson - HODGES

Originally known for his popular food truck “Dim and Den Sum” and later “Hodge Podge,” Chris Hodgson

was runner-up on the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race and Cleveland’s 2012 Silver Spoon Awards.

Jeff Jarrett – AMP 150

A long-time local chef, Jeff Jarrett is currently Executive Chef at AMP 150 and is also co-founder of the

popular “Dinner in the Dark” series.

Scott Kuhn – Restaurateur/Chef – Driftwood Restaurant Group

Heading up a growing enterprise of numerous local hotspots including the popular Welshfield Inn and

87 West in Crocker Park, Scott Kuhn is also a board member of Veggie U and has been featured with his

Washington Place Bistro on the Food Network’s Unique Eats.

Matt Mytro – Flour

Inspired by the rustic simplicity of Italian cuisine, Chef Matt Mytro has also consulted on the openings of

various restaurants including Boulevard Blue and Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar.

Jonathon Sawyer – The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat

Chef and owner of two certified “green” restaurants, Jonathon Sawyer’s list of culinary accomplishments is

impressive – having been named one of Food and Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs and numerous television

appearances including Dinner Impossible, Iron Chef America and Best Thing I Ever Ate.
