We have examined the summarized financial
statements set out on pages 21 and 22.

Council and auditors
You are responsible as trustees for the preparation of
the summarized financial statements. We have agreed
to report to you our opinion on the summarized
statements’ consistency with the full financial
statements, on which we reported on 11 June 2002.
Basis of opinion
We have carried out the procedures we
consider necessary to ascertain whether the
summarized financial statements are consistent
with the full financial statements from which they
have been prepared.
Opinion
In our opinion the summarized financial statements
are consistent with the full financial statements for
the year ended 31 March 2002.
