on the 2010-<strong>2011</strong> Polaris RZR 4 800 and RZR XP 900. These<br />

are currently offered for Fox Shocks that utilize a 2.25”<br />

ID coil spring which happens to be a somewhat irregular<br />

spring size. For owners who wish to upgrade or tune their<br />

suspension, the Spring Adapter Kit is a must. Converting<br />

to the 2.5” ID coil springs will provide a larger selection of<br />

spring rates and better availability from spring suppliers.<br />

Protect your RZR or RZR S with this tough and durable skid plate from <strong>Holz</strong> <strong>Racing</strong><br />

<strong>Products</strong>. Made from 1/4” UHMW and 3/16” aluminum. The stock skid plate falls short of<br />

providing necessary protection to the underbelly of your RZR. The <strong>Holz</strong> <strong>Racing</strong> <strong>Products</strong><br />

Skid Plate Kit covers all of the crucial impact areas and features overlapping seems to<br />

create a nearly seamless surface for gliding over obstacles without getting hung up. The<br />

kit is designed to protect the underside of the chassis, front and rear differentials as well<br />

as the side rocker panels. Our front skid plate also provides some frontal frame protection<br />

while the rear skid plate is angled to the rear and sides to provide protection for the rear<br />

frame tubes. The belly pan has very few drain holes to eliminate the chance of it catching<br />

on an obstacle and damaging itself. Our aluminum Rock Sliders are often imitated, but never<br />

duplicated. These feature a slim design that fits tight against the body and provides much<br />

needed protection but doesn’t sacrifice ground clearance or good looks. Mounts directly to<br />

THE COMPETITION?<br />

Our billet Roller cage is made from<br />

7075 billet aluminum and has<br />

twice the tensile strength of the<br />

competitors 6061-T6 aluminum<br />

cages. With some competitor’s<br />

aftermarket cages, there can be<br />

some frustration with the proper<br />

orientation of parts when trying to<br />

assemble the cage using the stock<br />

rollers and springs. Reusing the<br />

factory springs is not recommended<br />

as this will stress the springs and<br />

make them weaker. Having new<br />

springs and rollers pre-installed,<br />

like the cage available from <strong>Holz</strong>,<br />

eliminates these problems and<br />

makes the install nearly impossible<br />

to mess up. Also, with the hard coat<br />

HRP RZR Clutch Panel Seal kit<br />

It’s a simple part made to solve a potentially big problem.<br />

The Polaris RZR draws it’s air from between the front seats.<br />

The stock components in this area do not fit together as<br />

well as they should. Dirty air is kicked up by the tires and<br />

sucked up between the frame and the clutch cover access<br />

panel - and straight into the air cleaner. The Fix: This part<br />

presses the clutch cover flat against the frame to seal out<br />

dirt and pull cleaner air from the cockpit area. This part does<br />

not require bed removal for installation and is secured by the<br />

two front bed mounting bolts.<br />

Many variables will affect clutch performance including altitude,<br />

motor modifications, tire size/weight and more. It’s likely you are<br />

not getting peak performance from your <strong>UTV</strong> unless your clutching<br />

HRP Motor Mount Kit<br />

Install the <strong>Holz</strong> Motor Mount Kit to prevent potential damage<br />

to your motor, diff or transmission cases. The stock rubber<br />

damped motor mounts on the Polaris RZR and RZR S have<br />

been proven to be weak and tear over time, especially under<br />

heavier loads or aggressive driving. The soft rubber allows<br />

the engine, transmission and rear diff assembly to move or<br />

deflect excessively and contact the chassis causing potential<br />

damage. The <strong>Holz</strong> Motor Mounts are made using CNC<br />

machined 6061 Billet aluminum housings and incorporate<br />

stout poly-graphite urethane isolators to limit vibration and<br />

decrease deflection. This is a direct bolt-in kit and does not<br />

Replace your stock PRV bolt with one that is adjustable so<br />

that you can monitor and tune for optimum oil pressure. We<br />

have found the stock oil pressure settings to be inconsistent<br />

between different RZR motors. Some motors with low oil<br />

pressure will inevitably have problems later. These may have<br />

been detected or remedied using our Adjustable Oil Pressure<br />

Relief Valve. This part is a must for a remote oil cooler setup.<br />

Longer oil lines and increased oil capacity causes the<br />

Prices: All prices for products and services are FOb <strong>Holz</strong> <strong>Racing</strong> <strong>Products</strong>, Lynden, Washington. Prices are effective April 1, <strong>2011</strong> and are<br />

subject to change without notice.<br />

Payment: We accept Visa/Mastercard, AMEX/Discover.<br />

Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS ground and are normally shipped on a same day basis if received by 12 pm Pacific time. UPS “red” and “blue”<br />

label service is available upon request. Refused or returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any shortages or discrepancies must<br />

be reported to our shipping department within 10 working days of the invoice date. Please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be<br />

reported to UPS or the freight carrier.<br />

Returns: Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be issued for all<br />

returns, no exceptions. Also, this number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your box. All returns without this number will be refused<br />

delivery. As with warranty claims, returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice. No returns are allowed on special order items. All merchandise<br />

that is given a RA# must be returned to HRP within 10 working days.<br />

Limited Warranty: <strong>Holz</strong> <strong>Racing</strong> <strong>Products</strong> (HRP) warrants each article manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for<br />

a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is extended to the original owner of the components as originally manufactured<br />

and specified by HRP. The company shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; is limited to the repair<br />

or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges, prepaid, within<br />

60 days after delivery to the original user. The company shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for<br />

charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed. This warranty shall not cover any article which has been<br />

misused or neglected or damaged by accident or any article which has been altered outside the company’s factory. The company shall, in no event, be<br />

liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by it. Failure of<br />

a user to give notice of a claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall<br />

constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment. No express, implied, or statutory warranty other than that<br />

herein set forth is made or authorized to the company.
