2.5 ID Coil Spring Adapter Kit 

The new Spring Adapter Kit from HRP is intended for use 

on the 2010-2011 Polaris RZR 4 800 and RZR XP 900. These 

are currently offered for Fox Shocks that utilize a 2.25” 

ID coil spring which happens to be a somewhat irregular 

spring size. For owners who wish to upgrade or tune their 

suspension, the Spring Adapter Kit is a must. Converting 

to the 2.5” ID coil springs will provide a larger selection of 

spring rates and better availability from spring suppliers. 

Sold in kit form to service 2 shocks (4 shocks requires 2 

kits). Note: The Spring Adapter Kit is intended for use ONLY 

on the Original Equipment aluminum body Fox shocks

necessary hardware to mount using factory hole locations. No Drilling or Welding! Spare tire 

bracket is designed to accommodate OEM front wheel backspacing. The offset of a rear wheel is 

too deep and will not mount correctly on the rear bumper. Rear wheels are typically not ideal for 

a spare because they may not be used on the front whereas a front tire and wheel can be used 

front or rear without any problems.

Aluminum Half Door Panel (aka: Kick Panel). Helps keep debris from entering cab area as well as

HRP RZR, RZR S Skid Plate KiT 

Protect your RZR or RZR S with this tough and durable skid plate from Holz Racing 

Products. Made from 1/4” UHMW and 3/16” aluminum. The stock skid plate falls short of 

providing necessary protection to the underbelly of your RZR. The Holz Racing Products 

Skid Plate Kit covers all of the crucial impact areas and features overlapping seems to 

create a nearly seamless surface for gliding over obstacles without getting hung up. The 

kit is designed to protect the underside of the chassis, front and rear differentials as well 

as the side rocker panels. Our front skid plate also provides some frontal frame protection 

while the rear skid plate is angled to the rear and sides to provide protection for the rear 

frame tubes. The belly pan has very few drain holes to eliminate the chance of it catching 

on an obstacle and damaging itself. Our aluminum Rock Sliders are often imitated, but never 

duplicated. These feature a slim design that fits tight against the body and provides much 

needed protection but doesn’t sacrifice ground clearance or good looks. Mounts directly to 

the frame using original hole locations and will fit with most front mounted bumpers.

THE COMPETITION? 

Our billet Roller cage is made from 

7075 billet aluminum and has 

twice the tensile strength of the 

competitors 6061-T6 aluminum 

cages. With some competitor’s 

aftermarket cages, there can be 

some frustration with the proper 

orientation of parts when trying to 

assemble the cage using the stock 

rollers and springs. Reusing the 

factory springs is not recommended 

as this will stress the springs and 

make them weaker. Having new 

springs and rollers pre-installed, 

like the cage available from Holz, 

eliminates these problems and 

makes the install nearly impossible 

to mess up. Also, with the hard coat 

anodize finish, our billet cage will 

not prematurely wear and flake off 

like the competitors cheaper raw 

aluminum cage.

front diff (aka: Sprague Carrier). This product is 

machined to precise tolerances from aerospace 

grade aluminum that has been treated with 

military spec hard coat anodizing for better 

wear and lubricity which equals longer life and 

better operation. This is the only aftermarket 

billet roller cage available that is hard anodized 

and pre-assembled with new rollers and springs. 

Don’t settle for the cheap imitations and “good

The stock unit is made from injection molded 

plastic and is prone to failure even under normal

HRP RZR Clutch Panel Seal kit 

It’s a simple part made to solve a potentially big problem. 

The Polaris RZR draws it’s air from between the front seats. 

The stock components in this area do not fit together as 

well as they should. Dirty air is kicked up by the tires and 

sucked up between the frame and the clutch cover access 

panel - and straight into the air cleaner. The Fix: This part 

presses the clutch cover flat against the frame to seal out 

dirt and pull cleaner air from the cockpit area. This part does 

not require bed removal for installation and is secured by the 

two front bed mounting bolts.

HRP Gearcase Lift Plates 

Gearcase Lift Plates (aka: Motor Mount Spacers). Lifts the 

front of the motor and transmission cases for better ground 

clearance. The stock motor mount location allows the motor

Many variables will affect clutch performance including altitude, 

motor modifications, tire size/weight and more. It’s likely you are 

not getting peak performance from your UTV unless your clutching 

has been optimized for your conditions. Call Holz Racing Products

HRP Motor Mount Kit 

Install the Holz Motor Mount Kit to prevent potential damage 

to your motor, diff or transmission cases. The stock rubber 

damped motor mounts on the Polaris RZR and RZR S have 

been proven to be weak and tear over time, especially under 

heavier loads or aggressive driving. The soft rubber allows 

the engine, transmission and rear diff assembly to move or 

deflect excessively and contact the chassis causing potential 

damage. The Holz Motor Mounts are made using CNC 

machined 6061 Billet aluminum housings and incorporate 

stout poly-graphite urethane isolators to limit vibration and 

decrease deflection. This is a direct bolt-in kit and does not 

require any modification for install.

HRP Adjustable PRV (oil pressure relief valve) 

Replace your stock PRV bolt with one that is adjustable so 

that you can monitor and tune for optimum oil pressure. We 

have found the stock oil pressure settings to be inconsistent 

between different RZR motors. Some motors with low oil 

pressure will inevitably have problems later. These may have 

been detected or remedied using our Adjustable Oil Pressure 

Relief Valve. This part is a must for a remote oil cooler setup. 

Longer oil lines and increased oil capacity causes the 

engine oil pressure to drop. Recommended for all motors,
