When it comes to initial and secondary thinning, the MHT
9002 HV is a genuine professional. This highly efficient
and reliable machine offers felling performance of up to
16 m 3 of timber per hour. Thanks to a track width of
2.15 m, the 9002 HV offers unshakeable stability even
during secondary thinning and trunk diameters of up
to 50 cm.
Equally impressive is the in-house designed harvester
crane, which provides the machine with an optimum reach.
Highly efficient and reliable
The 9002 HV is a tried and tested compact harvester, which has been
operational for a number of years. With soil pressure of just 0.44 kg/cm 2 ,
for its size, the machine is very ”light on its feet”. What’s more, as a
result of its very low centre of gravity, the 9002 HV is far more stable
than any of its competitors. Optimum traction is also guaranteed by

The searchlights mounted on the roof
ensure perfect visibility even in twilight or
at night.
MOTOMIT 4
This versatile measurement and control
system guarantees flexible and efficient
timber harvesting. It is available on a CAN
bus basis for virtually all harvester heads and
is a standard MHT compact machine feature.
The system facilitates the measurement of
trunk lengths, diameters and volumes and
provides print-outs of the timber range and
species. The controls are compatible with
electronic measurement callipers.

of Lexan. The ergonomic working area
allows stress-free operation, while an
efficient air-conditioning system ensures

COOLING
An extra hydraulic oil cooler facilitates
problem-free working even in high summer
temperatures.
DIESEL ENGINE AND
HYDRAULIC PUMP
The generously dimensioned , 4-cylinder
turbo diesel engine provides 2300 rpm and
75 kW, ensuring high torque and low noise
levels.
The required hydraulic output is provided
by a twin variable displacement pump and
a double geared pump.
TRACKS
The standard single-grouser track, provides
optimal traction on steep slopes or rocky
terrain.
