What you need to
prepare the duck.
1 duck breast
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
1 tbsp of oil
What you need to
prepare the maple
soy glaze.
1 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp of grated fresh
ginger
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1. Combine in saucepan.
2. Heat over medium low
heat until reduced by half.
Make it!
1. Score the duck.
2. Heat nonstick pan over
medium high heat.
3. Add oil to pan, sear breast
skin side down for 3 mins.
4. Place in 350 degree preheated
oven for 3 mins.
5. Let rest 2 mins, slice, cover
with maple glaze.
