Valve seat in the head is damaged. Ingredients used (powdered sugar, cream stiffener, etc.) did not dissolve completely and prevent valve from sealing. The device was shaken too much, so that crumbly cream prevents proper sealing. Error solution Nr.:KAG.D003.2E Page 4 of 5 Fix the nozzle onto the plastic thread and the charger holder onto the metal thread. Insert the valve rod properly -spring first- into the head. Insert the valve rod properly with the spring in front into the head. Send device to Kayser. Only use ingredients which dissolve completely. Stir up well before fixing the head. Empty the device, restart preparing the cream and shake less.

Cream stays liquid. The charger holder was screwed in too slowly, so that gas escaped alongside the rod hole. The device was shaken too little. The fat content of the cream used is too low. Light or long-life cream were used. The cream is too stiff or crumbly. The device was shaken too much. Despite proper operation, no cream comes out of the cream whipper Obstruction! Due to cream turning into cheese or something similar. Error solution Nr.:KAG.D003.2E Page 5 of 5 Screw the charger holder to the nozzle thread until a slight resistance is felt. Then continue turning about a 3/4 turn further quickly. Shake 3x. If the cream is still liquid, shake another 3x. Use cream with higher fat percentage (~35%). Cool light or long-life cream to at least 6 degrees Celsius and shake about 10x. The device should not be shaken before each further dispensing. First check the consistency of the cream and shake again if too liquid. Do not shake before EACH extraction! CAUTION: Do not tamper with the Cream Whipper. In any case send in to Kayser in filled condition.
